10We have lived here at this complex for a while. Have seen many changes, good and bad. But now the staff here are outstanding. Maintenance guys are the best. They go above and beyond to get things fix correctly. The one that stands out the most is Eric, he is the best maintenance guy you have. He is very caring to tenants, he is your go to guy and deverse a raise. And I hope you give him one
Called about the AC they say it's fixed but apartment is hot and not cooling down. I know I ain't the only one. I hear neighbors saying the same thing. I had to leave and stay with family members until the AC is fixed because I have my little family and my 2 little boys. Hopefully they fix it soon.
Front office staff is spectacular these individuals are young & thriving, so glad to have such helpful staff at our leasing office.

If you want to live in a quiet and very nice place to live, I recommend the Tides 51th Av and Thomas Rd apartments, very comfortable and the rent is accessible to your pocket. I recommend them.
If I could give this a zero star, I WOULD.the unit was dirty, only thing semi clean was the kitchen. I had an incident happen, getting a hold of them is impossible in times of need. Loud neighbors, kicking doors and yelling. They could care less for their tenants. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
The new management team at Tides on 51st Ave is AWESOME! Malika & Jazmine are the BEST! They make sure the concerns of the residents are their first priority.
I’ve been here for 2 years and it has been horrendous. My roof leaked for over a year when I was complaining and putting requests in. The maintenance men are nice but the company and owners are absolutely neglectful. My ceiling fell in due to the neglect. Recently my fridge went out, they brought me a new one that happen to be infested with roaches and we had to take outside. If you like a leaky roof that eventually falls in, owners that don’t care if your needs aren’t met or roaches in your condiments, then I got the home for you!
