Tier Drop RV Park, Wellton AZ

These people have a fairly nice park with activities. Be Aware they are NOT on top of aggressive dogs in the park. I've have 2 very bad experiences in 5 days. Their response was "We'll send a letter" Thx a bunch.

Just a great place to park your rig and relax. The staff is simply amazing and they always go out of their way to make your stay as relaxing as possible. The amenities are great and the community is just amazing.

Terrible place the park it’s self is nice but the staff are terrible and discriminate against handicapped and disabled people maybe when the snow birds are in they have less free time for harassment I have never seen such horrible behavior from management and owner.they are liars and cheats and refused to give my remaking rent back when I was force to move my son and his wife to another park early my son is disabled and my daughter in law is disabled and has severe torrettes and management told me they did not like her there because people were asking questions because she walked around a lot but never spoke to anyone or caused any problems but they did not like that she walked around and sometimes twitched ……. I could not beleive they actually told me this.but I did get them to a better park and would not recommend this place to anyone for many reasons. I have never had ti deal with so much discrimination in my life.

Stayed here for 1 night as a stopover on our way to the West Coast. Nothing wrong with that, but basic. We stood on a gravel ground between 2 permanent residents.
Too bad there was no water from the taps in the restrooms and showers.

Very friendly, lots of activities. Easy on/off access to the freeway. I'd stay here again.

We went to listen to a music jam. There were so many loud private conversations going on that we left. Very disrespectful to those musicians.

We are Rv Techs and went to this park to work on a rig. It is a nice park, large spaces for RV's. Plenty of activities for people staying here and a nice golf course just doen the road. Would recommend it to our people!
