All the roach and scorpion issues you are reading are in fact real. I have complained for over 9 months of pest issues and all they keep doing is coming out and spraying (if that). They are saying because there are no dead visible roaches that I have no roach issue. 1 roach is 1 too many. I am not the one to leave roaches dead just laying around nor will I allow them to freely crawl through my home without killing them. Just know ladies and gentleman this is not the place to be. The guy in the office Jayden actually told my neighbor that whoever complains of roaches after being sprayed are the dirty ones and they are the cause of the infestation issue. Do not! I repeat do not rent here, you will be occupied with not only roaches but with scorpions as well. My fiancé has been living here for over a year and they have repeatedly ignored her request for pest control. They currently have a lawsuit against them for negligence as to why SEVERAL occupants are moving out, this is not a place to live nor sleep! BE AWARE, you were warned!

Yes I usually don't give 5 stars, but in this case I thought I needed to give an excellence rating. The agent who came responded to my request immediately, and was friendly, though, and went beyond to help me.

Before I moved in, I almost let some of the fake reviews detour me from moving here.probably bitter evictees or old employees talking about there was cockroaches and bedbugs! I have never had those issues, and there is a nice clean pool and clean laundry faciIity on site for my rugs as I have a full size washer and dryer in my unit! (But now) I have been living here for over a year and I am extremely impressed with the nice clean property and the staff here Delgina and Kylee have gone over and above to help me in several situations.maintenance has always fixed my issues in less than 24 hours, and I feel comfortable enough to walk the property day and night by myself. I would recommend these apartments to my friends and family! I'm so glad I çhose Tierra Antigua Apartments!

I've been living here for 13 years and has been the best place to live the management is good people Dalegene &a Kylie are very nice people and Jim the maintenance man is it very nice person also I like the new carpet they have put in it looks great brightens up the place they are good people to be around

I've been living here since 2008 yes 15 years. You might ask yourself why I haven't moved out it's because of financial hardship and a Chronic Illness and other health issues. Ever since 2010 these apartments have gone down and still are. Sometimes I ask myself why am I paying for a product that is not 100% To my satisfaction. These apartments have gone through so many property management companies. And every time I wish that this time every issue on the property ground will be addressed to but sadly they have not Just recently I received a notice of attention to terminate for material breach a rental agreement. I got fined for a anauthorized pet. The property manager saw me walking a dog which is not mine it is my daughter's. I was dog sitting for her. I went to the office and explained to them that the dog does not reside here. But she explained the fees that are in the lease when you have a pet in the apartment but does not say if you have a visiting pet. I explained to her several times that this is unethical because the pet does not reside here. I had to pay $217 dollars The fees are as follows $25 dollars for the notice which wasn't even hand delivered it was just stuck on my door and $102 dollars for the unauthorized pet fee and $90 late fee. I ask myself if management is strict about rules and regulations. Why they don't have the same ethical in fixing all the issues on the property grounds. So in conclusion if your reside here. DO NOT PET SIT OR IF YOUR GOING TO MOVE IN WARNING DON'T DO IT! YOU WILL BE CHARGED A ARM AND LEG! Here's a pic of my daughter's doggy his name is Loki. I might sound redundant but FYI he was here only here twice last month for weekend which was Friday night through Sunday morning. With that said do you think it was fair for this OUTRAGEOUS FINE!

I have lived at Tierra Antigua for 7 years, and it has been one of the best places I have lived. Every issue I have had has been fixed in a timely manner. The office staff is AMAZING! I absolutely love Delgina who is the office manager, she really tries to have a personal type of relationship with everyone who lives here, has even made it a point to know my kiddos names and always asks about them. This is a great place to live, you won’t regret your decision!

Terrible customer service! I came in inquiring about these apartments after exchanging a couple of emails, I came in on their recommendation. When I came in they treated me with (for a lack of a better word) disgust and were extremely condescending. Mind you I arrived almost an hour before closing so I wasn’t encroaching on that. I went next door to the sister company and they treated me a million times better. I applied with them instead even though their units are slightly smaller. TREAT PPL WITH KINDNESS, you’ll get better results! I would not recommend this place ever.

I wish I could rate this higher. I have applied here fully once a few years ago and I was getting ready to move in. A few days before I was to move in they had told me that I was unable to move in since I was married and my husband wasn’t going to be living with me due to incarceration. I tried applying again (husband is still incarcerated but now he has a projected release date in 2028) and I should have been able to proceed with my application since I am under the maximum for a 2 person household with my base pay. I have been working overtime trying to make ends meet with my current living situation. Since I am trying to live and I am working overtime I no longer qualify. I understand that they have to use my last 2 months of pay but why do they not take into consideration what I am currently paying and my current situation. I wouldn’t need to work the overtime and be away from my child if I could afford it. So I order to qualify I need to struggle for the next 2 months. How does that help anyone? I should mention that I do qualify for AHCCCS and WIC. Places like these are supposed to help people in similar situations but they don’t.

Worst place ever to live lived there 6 months and from the first day we moved in we seen cockroachs everywhere told the office they said they would fix it never did a thing about it blamed it on us so we moved out wasn't having my new born living with cockroachs and they decide to put a false eviction on us cuz we decided to move out
