I am pleased to write this review of the experience we had with Gaya Shanmuganatha at Tiffany & Bosco. We were caught in a hostile situation with a vexatious litigant whose methods defied ethical or commercial logic, who had filed hundreds of lawsuits in various jurisdictions all the while evading process, knowingly driving up the legal costs, and committing every misrepresentation in the book. For normal people trying to run a normal business, this was a nightmare, especially as we operate across many time zones and jurisdictions. Gaya was the most savvy, tactful, clever, practical attorney we have ever worked with, sometimes taking calls at 4am and well past midnight, even with a family and tragedy in her own life. We won the case thanks to Gaya’s determination. We cannot say enough good things about how she works or her total dedication to doing what is best and right for her clients.

This is an excellent law-firm. I was extremely fortunate to find them, their work and professionalism is the best I have ever encountered and will always go there first for any matter that would need legal help.

I worked with John Oliver under Bill Lally regarding Condo Law questions for our HOA Association. John Oliver was very responsive. He discussed the initial quesitons provided by email to make sure he understood the scope and problem we were trying to solve. He was up front with an estimate, provided a timely engagement letter, and a reasonable timeline to complete the work. John Oliver is a great communicator. He kept me posted on the work completed and the cost accrued. The work product was exactly what we needed and he called to explain it to ensure there were no surprises. Tiffany and Bosco represented my tenant and myself in a zoning and land use case. In a very unscrupulous decision, William Lally decided to represent my tenant against me. They have refused to act on my behalf and have refused to talk to me. I wouldn't use this firm for anything where a Conflict of Interest is possible.

Mr. Mitchell and his assistant Kaleigh were a beacon of hope when life sent a curveball. Before meeting with them I felt like I had a stomach ulcer from stress. When you lied for your client you defrauded the United States Government.

I own a local manufacturing business. An ex-sales rep copied my product line and was marketing under my brand. I hired Tiffany and Bosco to send a Cease and Desist letter. I was quoted and charged $500 deposit. 2 weeks later I followed up on the letter it had not been sent or written. Then their IP attorney contacted me to say the letter was going to cost and additional $1500. Classic bait and switch! I requested a refund and they are not returning my calls.

An attorney from Tiffany & Bosco (Robert Royal) sent me an engagement letter to represent me which I signed and returned to them. He asked for a $5000 retainer to which I gave a check which they cashed. Then he started asking for more money and then decided to not represent me which cost me in court in many ways. I sent a letter to the senior partners of Tiffany & Bosco and they didn't even bother to email me. Then I received a bill from them for $6400. That should tell you about the firm.
