I contacted the Tiffany Fina law firm when I found myself in need of representation for a very difficult divorce. I consulted with multiple attorneys but really connected with Tiffany. She took the time to really listen to what I was experiencing, provide invaluable advice and was both empathetic and firm. From beginning to end, Tiffany and her team (especially Olya!) were thoruogh, professional and at the top of their game. She put in endless hours preparing us for my temporary orders hearing. It was a bit of a dire situation and the resulting spousal support and attorney fees awarded to me were more than I could have asked for. Prior to meeting Tiffany, I had no idea where to begin to start the process for filing for divorce as this was my first experience working with an attorney. Upon meeting Tiffany she was pleasant and courteous, and even offered me Starbucks since her assistant was out on a Starbucks run. After discussing my current situation during our consultation, she was upfront and honest about what the best possible solution would be. She told me directly that she did NOT want to waste any of my money on unnecessary attorney fees as she felt that my case was simple enough that all I needed was assistance with document preparation. She immediately referred me to someone she knows personally and had great experience working with. She also took it upon herself and made a call to another law firm to see if they provide document preparation in order to find me another option if needed. She even let me use her office as a safe space to make a phone call and set up a plan to start the process of document preparation.

I could not believe how GENEROUS Tiffany was to have my BEST INTEREST AT HEART and want to SAVE ME MONEY! I have never heard of an attorney like that at all. I guarantee that if you needed an attorney to represent you, she would truly be the BEST ATTORNEY! Tiffany is the best divorce attorney in the valley, bar none - both personally in terms of friendliness and professionally in terms of getting results. She helped me work through my second divorce, and I would hire her again in a heartbeat. There are several reasons:

1. She COMMUNICATES. Anyone that has any experience with attorneys knows that getting them to respond to you is the biggest challenge. That's a non-issue with Tiffany. She kept me updated on developments in my case in real time. Not only did she always communicate, she didn't get annoyed when I reached out with questions. She's a normal human being that just so happens to be a great attorney.
2. She will know the other party's divorce attorney, and they will like her. A lot of people don't know that the way things like divorces get resolved is by the attorneys for both parties knowing each other and having a good working relationship. Because Tiffany knows her colleagues and is respected by them, she gets things done. She takes reasonable positions, and gives solid non-confrontational advice - this is critical because all divorces are ultimately a negotiation.
3. Divorces are stressful by nature. Tiffany knows this so she goes out of her way to always be upbeat and positive. She's realistic, but it was nice knowing that every time I spoke with her she would be encouraging, upbeat, and positive. She really is an advocate for her clients. My relationship with her wasn't transactional, she really cares on a human level how her clients are doing during what is likely the most stressful time of their life.
4. In my case, my wife and I reconciled in the middle of the process. This result actually cost Tiffany money because the process stopped basically halfway through. But was she upset about this? NO. She was thrilled for us! As I said, she's just a good person. I had already paid a retainer for my case (which is standard). Once my wife and I reconciled she promptly and unprompted MAILED ME A CHECK for the balance of my retainer. I didn't even have to ask. She didn't try to tack on any billable hours, she actually paid me back immediately to the penny. AND she still periodically checks up on me because she is genuinely happy that I didn't end up having to finalize the divorce.

The reviews on here speak for themselves. They're 95% positive. It is amazing that in 2020 95% of people can agree on ANYTHING, but this is a testament that many different types of people in all kinds of situations have had a great experience with Tiffany and her staff.

I only saw one negative review - I find that one pretty shocking because what that person describes is the polar opposite of my experience.

Tiffany was by far the worst of 5 lawyer I ve had during my long custody battle and divorce.
She was very very expensive always asking for more money and getting nothing done. Her office was very desorganized she changed her assistants twice and the second one was worthless too.
At one point she was extremely rude yelled to me when I verbalized my frustration with her work or not work done on my case. Her approach was totally wrong and she left me during my court appearance asked the judge to be dismissed. That was actually a good thing because I have got what I wanted from the judge during that hearing. My next lawyer had a different approach was a lot less expensive and got me what I wanted.
I believe she pays to have her negative reviews removed from here and has her friends writing reviews for her. She is a money hungry arrogant Scottsdale blonde worthless lawyer. Don't waste your money on her. Go somewhere else.

Very pleased! I have been working with Tiffany Ann Fina, Esq.on custody. She has kept my interests in mind and has kept things real, no over-the-top promises, just straight forward advice.

Going thru a divorce is never an ideal situation! However Tiffany made it more free of stress than I could have ever anticipated! Her knowledge is incomprehensible and her compassion is even higher!
