Love this company same professional efficient service as before. Have Monogram Apliances and request “Tiger Mechanical” when needing service. Able to diagnose and order parts quickly both times and get the unit running quickly. S/O to Andy this time for an excellent job!

They charge $109 for the visit. I was told they put this toward the labor. Just to change out the switch for one burner on my glass top stove he quoted $329. Sooooo much more than I thought it would cost. We did not do it.

I purchased a GE Dishwasher and within a month discovered the soap dispenser would not dispense. GE sent a service man to fix it and that rep said to just throw the soap in the bottom of the dishwasher. This did not work so I called GE again and they sent the same repair man to me but this time the repair man refused to even make another service visit, he was rude and obnoxious and refused to come again.

Spencer's found Tiger Mechanical and they sent a good repair man over. He assessed to problem, ordered a new soap dispenser fix it right. Thank you Tiger Mechanical for your professional repair man and good service.

I have used Tiger Mechanical on two service issues with out Sub Zero refrigerator at our home on Sedona. They made it easy to make an appointment and stayed in contact verifying information as to when the tech would be arriving. The tech was prompt, right on time. He was through in his evaluation of the issue, plus my concerns with the timing to get the parts and return to complete the repair. I had contacted three other appliance repair companies, each one told me that the repair was too complicated for then to handle. My repair was two new compressors for the Sub Zero refrigerator.
The total service was handle professionally, in a timely manner, and at a fair price.

We have had our ice maker in our fridgerator repaired 3 times prior Terry was able to see the problem right away! I have great hopes that it is repaired the CORRECT way! Terry was on time, pleasant and very professional. Thank you Terry!

Tom was out for a service call to fix a couple of things he noticed on a freezer install. Great service, on time and he could not be more knowledgeable. Highly recommend Tiger to all!
