Both of our burgers were extremely salty, so I don't know if the chef was new, or what. When questioned, the waitress didn't seem to offer a good excuse. We've heard it's a wonderful place, but our first time wasn't great.

We had an amazing time here. We had the Flight of their 8 beers and they were great. We did order the pickle fries and they were the best pickle fries I’ve had.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and we would definitely go back. We also took a walk at the nature reserve across the road, which is part of the salt flats. I is also worth it.
Our server was very friendly but when we first arrived they seemed preoccupied and a bit slow. It’s always nice to be greeted and a quick comment telling us it might be 5 minutes before she can get to us. Once she had help, our service was great!

Great idea but poor execution. The layout of the building is poorly designed, the decor and layout of the restaurant is stark and cheap, the food we had was all overcooked and didn't really reflect the philosophy of the farm is either it's preparation or concept. The beer was fairly good though

Stopped by while driving through Wilcox. The farm house pizza was very tasty but could have used some kind of green, like arugula. The beer was good. Wanted to do a wine tasting but they were hosting their Oktoberfest and didn’t have anyone in the tasting room. Overall good experience!

Great atmosphere! We went in thinking we have to bring our friends and family here and left thinking the food changed our minds. The food.let's just say I won't come back for the food. We had burgers and when they took our order they didn't ask how we want them cooked. When we received our food we could immediately see they burger were dry and overcooked. Once I took a bite it was obvious that the meat was not well seasoned. The pasta for my daughter was bland with no/no flavor and she would not eat more than a bite. The cheese curds were excellent! Too bad, it is a nice place and we had high hopes.but we won’t be back.

What a hidden gem in the middle of Wilcox AZ. Located on a working farm. Great food and a very cool vibe. Full bar, there is also a little gift shop. It’s not very big to call ahead for reservations. A must go to if you’re in the area.

Now that’s what I’m talking about! Excellent service, checked on drinks about every 10 minutes to ensure that you were not without! Service right as soon as you entered! Thanks Chance, Sherry, and I feel guilty that I can’t recall a name, but the other lady waitress! 10 star review! Best experience yet! Thanks for another FUNtastic evening!

Pros: Beautiful place. Beer and cheese was good
Cons: Service was atrocious. Wait staff was polite but inexperienced and slow. Took forever to get drinks and then circle back around to order. It was not packed either. After 45 mins the two appetizers we ordered still were still not ready. One of them being cheese on a plate which should take no time at all. When asked about it we were told the kitchen was backed up due to an event that had been there earlier. 20 mins later the apps arrived. My friend and I ordered the Haus Burger. I was told they could not make it rare because they were “smash burgers” and only cooked one way. That would’ve been fine except they were very thick and not smashed, grey and dry, and under seasoned. They also were out of fries. My friend told me last time they were there they were out of onion rings. Inexcusable. How you can run out of potatoes at a place promoting themselves to be this nice and charging like they are is beyond me. My friend’s GF ordered the salmon. It was extremely fishy tasting and was sent back. More concerning because it was not over cooked which usually brings out the fishy taste. It was just bad. What appeared to be a manager or owner was walking around and never apologized or gave forewarning of the set backs. Nothing was comped or remedied. Just excuses. And a large bill.
They have the right vision. The right ambience. The right menu even. But if you’re going to give off the vibe of an upscale place you should probably go see how one really works. If you can’t handle functions and regular service in the same day then pick one. Never run out of anything as simple as a french fry. And always be forthcoming with your guests when you’re about to charge them a premium price for a “premium” experience. Oversold and under delivered.

After placing our order, we waited for close to an hour for our food. My wife had her meal brought to the table about 30 minutes before the rest of us got our food. The quality of food for everyone in our party was awful. Two of us ordered hamburgers - they were overcooked and had no seasoning. One person ordered a pizza, the crust was overcooked, hard and dry. It was bland, no seasoning. My wife ordered a garden salad that was supposed to be filled with garden vegetables- it only had lettuce and tomatoes. She ordered Italian dressing and was told when the salad was brought to the table that they had no Italian dressing. One of our party ordered a side of squash that she never received. All in all, a horrible experience.

We went for lunch today, and we were incredibly disappointed on multiple fronts. First, the service was incredibly slow. It took almost an hour for our lunch to come out. Secondly, everything we ordered in our group was disgusting. Two of us got burgers, and we both agreed that they were some of the worst "burgers " we've ever had. The meat was completely unseasoned, dry, and extremely overcooked. The rest of the toppings were flavorless. I had to stop eating it part way through. My girlfriend got a pizza, and again, there was no seasoning.just plain veggies on what tasted like tomato puree on top of an incredibly overcooked crust that could crack a tooth. The side dish that she ordered never even came out.

This place deserves 0 out of 5 stars.

As with many of the comments I now read, I so wanted this place to be awesome when I came - it's a wonderful venue, has clearly had a lot of money spent on creating it and it's a unique find in the Willcox area. Unfortunately, the restaurant experience was extremely poor - I don't know whether it's a staffing thing or teething troubles but I'm told it's been open for a couple of years, so one would think any kinks should have been ironed out by now.

Although I made a reservation (via Open Table), when we arrived there were no tables avaiable so we sat at the bar. No big deal I suppose since there were seats available. We ordered food but after about 30 minutes of waiting, I was starting to get worried as I saw food coming out one or two dishes at a time to multiple other tables. At the one hour mark, I asked what the ETA was for our food. At this point, we were offerred complementary side salads (which was a nice gesture). About 15 minutes later our food arrived (so 1hr and 15 mins wait in total for food). My burger was just awful. Cooked (overcooked) to a crisp and so dry. Fries were undercooked. The "Apple slaw" were slices of apple, not really a slaw (which sounded very tempting as described on the menu). My friend's pizza was also very average - the dough appeared undercooked with no seasoning and although very large, just not at all tasty.

I provided some feedback at the end of the meal and the bartender generously gave a discount which also was appreciated. The menu here is not cheap and it's just not ok to have such poor execution in a place that claims to be a restaurant. High price dishes are $38 dollars. The burger and pizza were around $20 each on the menu.

The beer was great - I mean really good. They have their own brewery as well! So perhaps come for that. What I will say is that the staff recognized that it was not a good experience for us so that gives me hope that they will get it right. I hope my experience is a one off and that others have better luck!

Definitely an up and coming spot, we can't wait to try their wine in a few years, as we found out they just had their first harvest. The tasting room selection was well curated, and offered a nice selection of local wines. The buildings were beautiful and clean. The food was delicious! Staff were knowledgeable and very kind. We loved the entire experience and will definitely be back!

As much as I do not want to write this review…I must say something!
1) customer service here does not exist!
Some more training & some different, possibly more employees could help!
2) no wait staff on patio during events, why?
3) must go inside to order drinks …waiting more than 25 minutes for a basic margarita that costs $18 was disappointing.
3) the bartender that was there on 8/19 was clueless!
4) probably would help if he had a proper set up bar, he had a closet sized area he couldn’t even turn around in.
4) hire someone to pour beer & not leave their station! There was ZERO excuses for why one of the three servers were not pouring!
I can number more …
3 people behind a bar and it still took more than 30 minutes to even get a greeting! And at that it wasn’t pleasant, it was a “ what can I get you”
Definitely not a pleasant experience this time! And it’s a shame …the service has been so bad…completely reflects on the owners.
TF has so much potential…yet the service is just bad, truly makes it an unpleasant place.
There are many amazing Team Service trainings out there, get some good trained staff, and solve the majority of TF problems.
The bar/wait/service staff only gets one star because I couldn’t give it a zero.
