Mike and his team at Titan are a CLASS ACT! They stand 110% behind their work. They even went out of their way to help me with my company vehicle after being sideswiped and no appointment to help clean up the road rash on the side of it. Duncan worked his magic and made it look great. Since I was a previous customer, all he would accept from me was a handshake. Great Job!

This place went to the extreme to repair our 18 year old disability modified fully loaded GMC Yukon. The repairs done make it look like new: like it did before it got rear ended. The extreme lengths they went to are as follows: Turns out a safety critical part (collapsed in the wreck seats) were no longer available new and scarce 18+ year old used ones were not in a usable or repairable condition. They searched for over two months for seats with all the options including integrated airbags. The owner personally visited junkyards in two states looking for some. They returned an extreme amount of used seats shipped in that were no good or incorrect options. During it's repairs at Al's Unibody and Frame Repair they recommended Titan Auto Body. We are glad they recommended them and remain in awe at how hard they (and others) tried to locate good parts.

Amazing work! Mike and his team are awesome at what they do and make sure to get things done in a timely and professional manner! Will be back!

I don't know if I'm an exception to the people that have gone here but the service that i have received from this place was absolutely horrible. The guy is super nice but the service not so much. I had got into an accident back in 2017 I took it here because the shop said they would take care of the deductible. It took about two weeks before i got the car back and within a couple of days of having it back my bumper started to come apart so i took it back it was fine for a couple days and started coming back apart. So at this point I'm tired of taking it back because its not actually being fixed just a quick fix. It doesn't stop here so within the first six months of having the fans start to malfunction i had a front end collision so the fans and radiator were replaced, so i take it back to mike and he sends me to central car care to get it fixed and their service was just as bad every time i tried to call him he didn't know the time limit on when the car is going to be done and seem to just put me on the back burner.so it was finally fixed after about four days and then one week later the radiator goes out. I then take it back because he says his work is guaranteed even if the car is sold. Then it takes about a week before i get it back and as i go to pick it up the try to charge me five hundred dollars for labor. At this point I'm livid because within less then a year two major issues occur and nobody wants to take care of it. Mike the owner of Titan Auto body finally pays the five hundred after i threaten to contact the attorney general because the job was not done right the first time. So here it is July of 2019 my bumper is falling off, I've missed countless hours of work and dumped money into rental cars while it takes days for my car to get fixed. This is up there with some of the worst things I've experienced in my life and is frustrating because none of this would've happened if was just done right the first time. If you don't want to experience this i would suggest you stay as far away from this place as you can. Sad that an owner cant take responsibility for his actions.

Customer Service!

I had 2 scratches on my car. It’s a black paint job so I knew it was difficult to repair since every slightest blemish shows up on a black paint job. I had the afternoon off so I decided to get some estimates on repairs. One of the owners took a look at the scratch and asked me some questions. He disclosed that it might not be possible to remove the whole scratch. I just wanted the scratch unnoticeable when walking up to the car. He then asked me if I had a couple minutes because he wanted to try to get the scratch out. I said sure. Next thing I know, he gets some wet sandpaper and a bucket and he starts wet sanding! First, I thought he would pass it off to one of his workers and second, I didn’t expect him to work on it right then. Here’s the owner of the shop dressed in black jeans and a black polo wet sanding my car in 100 degree heat! He did get the scratch out. The other scratch was a little more difficult. He said he would need 4 business days because he would have to remove the bumper to repaint the bumper. In 4 business days the car was ready. The shop even detailed my car. He then explained that he didn’t need to take off the bumper thereby reducing the bill because of less labor. The bumper looks great and he reduced the bill by 10 percent because he didn’t need the expected labor to remove the bumper. What a concept, great customer service and integrity! I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs body work.

They didn't actually do any work on my car as it was deemed a total loss by my insurance yet they charged my insurance an outrageous $150 per day "storage fee" totaling almost 4 grand. Scavengers.

I took my F-150 to Titan auto body at the the advice of the tow truck driver and reviews on YELP and the internet. GO STRAIGHT HERE and NOWHERE ELSE. Ask for MIKE OR ERIC.

Eric helped me and took the time to get my vehicle towed and explained everything down to the minuscule details even though my truck was a total loss. Eric answered all my questions, safety concerns and returned my phone calls in person every single day as well.

These are true stand up people and honest. Most people have found only take the time to trash and write negative reviews about businesses and experiences but most of us fail to recognize the good in people and write positive things that we’ve experienced first hand.

Titan is the best! I took my car their for a weatherstrip problem and thought I would have to leave it there for the day, but they fixed it on the spot. Erik, Mike, and their entire team are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and very professional. I recommend them to anyone who needs body work done on their car.

Mike went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle after my wreck. Even arranged to have me picked up to get my car when it was ready. Had some squeaking noise after i picked it up, but he took care of it right away and had the problem fixed by their mechanics. That is what good customer service looks like! Would recommend to anyone.
