Titan Solar Power - Tucson Office

My solar hardly ever works at all. This summer I had $300 plus TEP bills. Titan is the worst solar company is Tucson. I'm ready to climb up on my roof and rip the panes out and just pay TEP and let Titan sue me

Unsatisfactory customer service to say the least. The system shut down on September 8,2021. A case number was opened on September 14,2021 to have Titan Solar order a new Inverter and make arrangements to repair the system. A month later, on October 15,2021 a second dispatch order was created escalating this matter to and "Advanced RMA" status. It then took another 2 weeks just to get the Inverter ordered on October 29,2021. It is now 5 weeks later and nothing has happened and I have sent 2 more emails requesting an update with no response.

The installers themselves were great, courteous, friendly. After the install was done that is where it ended. The first issue, they didn't realize that they had to Drate the system so they had to reschedule that inspection until after they could schedule the electrician, they gave me a tentative date but never confirmed. The next inspection I was told that they could not do because they didn't have access which wasn't true as the person never came by and after I mentioned that there was nothing on my security cameras of anybody coming by they rescheduled and the inspector showed up the rescheduled day but 4 hours before he was suppose to. The final inspection done by the utility company went smooth and start up went smooth for 18 hours then the inverter quit working and I still cannot use the solar, no idea when it will be replaced, no communication from the company and they are taking out the payments and I am still paying my electric bill. To get ahold of somebody you will be on hold for 30-40 minutes. Once the sale has been made the salesman told me it was out of his control. The electric company, TEP, were great and mentioned several times that they kept looking for work orders so they could complete the project in one visit rather than having to make 3.

Thank you so much for helping my husband and I go solar. We always wanted to, but never had a trust worthy company to work with.

The last two billing cycles, I was told by TEP that the solar panels have not kicked in, meaning no contribution from the panels. Titan solar installed them last year. As a result I have paid over 200 bucks for the past two months. Can someone from TITAN solar help please.

Shout out to Titan Solar for making the entire process seamless! From the application process, inspection, and installation. PJ provided my mother Cathy with an explanation up front of the entire process and time duration. It all went smooth and exactly as planned. Very happy customer! Thank you!

Sold us $50,00.00 worth of solar and it isn't working properly and they are refusing to fix it.

Last Nov2020 I was looking at going solar and was going to use Titan Solar but due to a medical emergency and Covid-19 this was all put off tell now. Now I'm ready, I reached out to corporate and also local number and I can't get a call back or a return text msg. So I most likely go with another company such as Zenernet or Sunpower.

My energy consultant Yeohoon did an excellent job educating me about Solar! The panels, price, and warranty from Titan beat the 8 other solar companies I was in contact with. While I was waiting for my panels to get installed, I was updated by titan every step of the project. Once I was approved for permitting, Titan came out and finished the installation. Thank you Titan and Yeohoon for your professionalism and keeping me updated every step of the way.

Had an amazing experience with Yeohoon and Erik from the PWR America crew. Professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job in following up through the entire process.

Seems the sales people who pound on the door can not take a polite no thank you and when the consumer tries to get back to the home office the salesman says "Why do you hate Solar" as if that is going to make me pull my credit card out and sign a contract. After I ask him to not come back he then walks through my yard stepping on flowers because that is how he wants to show his dominance. One thing for sure your company will not be welcome to my home to talk to me about Solar when we are ready to install. Seems Customer Service is not high on your priority list.
