TN Nails, Tucson AZ

So I went in a couple days ago to get my nails done and usually I love this place, the past couple times I have had Annie and she’s amazing! But this past time I went in (12/27?) I didn’t have a great experience. I tried being polite to my tech which I do not remember her name asking “how are you? ” Or “how was your Christmas? ” And she was very rude. So I just left it at that and then when it came to the nails I was already a little mad and it’s weird because when Annie does them they still have length on them but this tech she cut them down to the finger tip and it made me upset and question her but I wanted to leave because she made for a uncomfortable experience I would hate to have to go somewhere else since I do drive over an hour to get to this place, if a member of management sees this please try to get this person to be polite and on the same page on how short the nail should be. I usually never leave reviews like this but I just had to

Rosie did a great job of taking care of me even though I didn’t know exactly the name of what I needed done. My nails came out exactly as I wanted them. I ended up with acrylic set with a nude/pale pink.
Clean store. Comfortable environment. Prompt service. Good mix of walk in and appointments but definitely enough people working to take care of walk in.
They were also up front about their prices which I appreciate. Will definitely be back again.
They prefer tips in cash but I didn’t have any but left it on my card.

Cut multiple times under my nails and they didn't care. They saw the blood and still doused my hand in acetone. The lady who did my toes was awesome but because of the terrible nails I cant rate higher than 1 star.

Everyone at TN nails have always been 100% kind to me. I’ve been coming to TNails since March 2023, every two weeks. I love their pedicures! I’m an artist and my hands get paint on them a lot so I had not had my nails done in a long time. One of the girls recommended dip powder nails and I decided to give it a try. My natural nails are so long now! I’m amazed and so happy! I really look forward to me appoints and I’m their customer for life. Thank you for making me feel special.

Recently moved to Tucson and had my nails done somewhere else last week, they fell apart in days. I tried TN nails today and what an amazing job they have done. Not only are my nails exactly what I asked for they could tell me what had been done wrong before. Clearly knowledgeable and skilled, I will definitely be going back.
Also I’m super sorry for not having a tip with me, I will bring it next time.

She rushed through the whole thing and kept my nails bumpy and overpriced im super upset with their service

Excellent service. Very clean and sanitary. Friendly staff. I tried to call for an appointment but didn’t get an answer. I saw an option to book online, which was super easy and they responded via text right away. Nail technician was meticulous and didn’t make me squirm when working on my feet. There were a couple walk ins at the same time I arrived and they got everyone in right away. I would definitely come back!

Place was dirty not friendly not professional. Lady messed up my moms eyebrows and my daughter polish fell off that night!

Very clean and friendly. I really enjoy the family own atmosphere. My feet always really and look so good after my pedicure. I love the individual nail package tools so you know everything is clean.

Nikki is just the best! The salon is clean, modern, all of the techs are friendly. The best pedicures in town!

Had better experiences with them, but this time shaved down my natural nail to much, made them weak and brittle.

Very clean. Not too busy or overly crowded. Nancy is great. Been going to this salon for over a year now and have no complaints. Oh and their prices are very reasonable.

Had a bad experience. Had a cracked toenail and needed a pedicure. I asked for the tech to fix the crack because usually when this happens they fix it. The tech cut my toenail crooked and just painted over the crack. Needless to say the mail cracked again worse than when I originally went in. Paid a lot of money for a not so good pedicure.
