I just had decals made and installed on my company vehicle from To the Limit Printing Solutions. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. There were some minor challenges because of the color of my van and the design team was excellent in finding the best solution. They did complete mockup's until there was an agreed upon design and then came to me for installation. Again. I could not be happier. Thanks guys!

To the Limit has been assisting Funko LLC in Buckeye for a long time. Their service is fast, efficient, high quality, and very affordable.

Extremely poor customer service! When I questioned why I had to pay my invoice in full before they even started work on my banner, the owner got on the phone and told me I was wasting their time and to go elsewhere, so that's just what I'll do! I try to support local business, but I refuse to accept poor business practices!

They have printed my business cards and they are beautiful. They are currently working on my son's new business cards and I'm certain they will be just as nice.

Highly recommend this local printing service. They are budget-friendly and remain in constant contact to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

It's alright but I truly admire the new graphic designer they have now maritza (she's goes above and beyond with your logo and your vision) but overall I guess the business been improving but not sure, I know Jessica the owner for a long time and I understand she been doing her best to keep the business alive going through new staffs and etc. I truly support small businesses because I'm a small business myself as well.

Very displeased with the professionalism of this business.
The representative that was assiting me with the creation of our business logo, signage, shirts and other miscellanous promotional items, was Jessica.
Initially the logo process was fairly simple. I knew what i wanted and Jessica was able to transfer this digitally to get the process rolling-that part went smoothly.
However, after the logo creation and into the production process, it was a very bumpy road. I had to constantly contact Jessica to check the status on everything. It was delay after delay, excuse after excuse; hiring new employees, being out of town, vandalism of their office, a flood, employees being out due to Covid, lack of supplies, restoration people not doing their job, no office manager, the person who does the screen printing at her house made mistakes, the ink was not dry, the vinyl was not cut, etc.etc. I feel like I was constantly being put off and lied to. I do not understand how any business can operate this way.

Personally, the last thing thing I wanted to do was write a negative review about a fellow local business. What led me to write this review, was that when I finally received the last product of my order, it was almost two months late. Not only was it extremely late, but product was not printed correctly. I then, rightfully, asked for a refund on that product only. Jessica promised to process the refund the following week and AGAIN, she did not follow through with what she said. As of this date, I have yet to receive a refund. I have called, sent several texts and e-mails regarding this matter to provide Jessica the opportunity to do as agreed, yet she has not followed through.

I would like to add that I have texts and e-mails to support everything stated in this review. I have given this person/business a dozen opportunities to make this situation right. They have chosen not to do so. Hopefully bringing this experience to light, they will modify some of their business practices so this does not happen to future clients.

In closing, the upside of this whole process is the majority of the items I received were high quality in fit and finish. Jessica is a talented graphic design artist. If it was not for all of the other things listed above, I would have been a very happy customer.

**UPDATE* 1/23

To the limit reached out to discuss this matter. I am very happy with the final resolution. I wish To The Limit the best in their business. I hope to do business with them again in the near future.
