If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff is not polite, the doctor I saw over the course of my treatment seemed anything but happy to help and they take forever to see you even with an appointment. I've walked out 3 times. Once when already taken back but spent 45 mins past my appointment time to never be seen, once when they sat me down waiting for a ankle splint (not casting! Just a splint in a box) for an hour. And today I walked out before I even could check in because I waited in in check in line for 35 mins! This place is a total disaster. Wouldn't reccomend even to an enemy. Worst health service I've ever experienced.

They were so great, they got me in right away, after being at urgent care and the ER. They did not make me wait, provided me care quickly when I needed it. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr netto has been helping me with my arm, he did an excellent job on my surgery, he has always been very professional and understanding with me, and explaining the next steps for my recovery! Thank you dr netto! Tony reasons

I took my 5 stars they been holding up my diagnostic orders. Order MRI and have appointment cancelled changed to CT SCAN until now still nothing has been done. I'm hurting they don't care. I wish Dr. Zoltan my previous Orthopedist still there.

I have been going here for over a year. Dr. Roberts is an excellent doctor and you can see he truly cares for his patients. I would highly recommend him for all your orthopedic needs.

Dr Harmsen is an excellent communicator and clearly explains your situation, your options and let’s you make your own decisions. He takes his time with his patients and gives you his full attention. I felt very comfortable having him do my surgery. My follow ups were thorough and I am very happy with the out come. He is conservative with treatment options. I highly recommend Dr Harmsen!

My experience at T. O. C. A.was quite nice. Dr. Jamie Lloyd was very easy to talk to, and she made the experience really comfortable. Very refreshing to find a doctor who didn't just recommend surgery right off the bat.

We have been going to TOCA for the last 20 years and have seen several of the physicians for various reasons. Our visit this week was with Dr. Armendariz, an outstanding orthopaedic surgeon. We are very satisfied with the care we have received from Dr. Armendariz and his staff.

This place treats you like you are nobody. They take more patients then they can handle. I spent 1.5 hours in this office only to see the Dr.for 3 minutes. He didn’t read my chart obviously, he didn’t even know what treatment plan he gave me, or what my injuries were. He just pushed me off to another Doctor which from previous reviews I hear is horrible! I will never go back to this place they are just rude and care nothing about the patients. If I could give them a zero I would.

I had knee surgery with Dr. Calderon. Full replacement of left knee. Everyone is very professional and helpful. All questions were answered and surgery was completed with no complications. Would highly recommend Dr. Calderon to anyone needing this type of treatment.

Doctor Feng is rude, doesn't explain diagnosis of the condition. And his office do not return calls to let a patient know how results are, nothing at all. I had an MRI done in December 2018. As of today I am still waiting for my results.

Nice to have a doctor listen and find a way to relieve my knee pain. Definitely recommend TOCA. I have seen other providers and they have all been great!

After a few days of communication to confirm the doctor can actually see me for my issue, we make an appt for Fri Nov 30 - on my drive to the office - which they confirmed my appt with me twice since Monday - I get a call (staff member was SO POLITE and APOLOGIZED plenty) that doctor finally reviewed my report that was provided on Wednesday - and he cannot see me for the issue. AGAIN - this is more on the way they handle reviewing appts NOT the actual care. I just am extremely frustrated that we went through all this just to be cancelled LAST MINUTE. The whole point of the communication with Dr Feng and his nurse was to avoid this very situation.

I had an unanticipated shoulder injury and TOCA was able to work me into their schedule that day. Everyone was so professional, prompt, courteous & thorough. Each person demonstrated great care & thoughtfulness. Dr Blazuk's care was exceptional! He was careful, thorough & had my pain relieved, movement restored and with a great treatment plan in under 2 days. I definitely recommend Dr Blazuk & TOCA for orthopedic care.

This is the fifth TOCA provider that have assisted me with various maladies of the past ten years. Return business is the highest compliment! Dr. Harmsen and his staff was incredibly responsive in coordinating an intervention that involved a very small window for completion. I was very active in the process. Thanks!

The entire process before, during, and after surgery was well organized, efficient, and handled by true professionals. Dr. Lederman answered all of my questions and put me on the road to recovery. I have already referred three new patients to him.

This place does not respect patients time, even with an appointment. Twice now we’ve waited almost two hours after our scheduled time. For our post op appointment, they removed the boot and bandages and then left us in the room for 45 minutes as my ankle just throbbed. Even if Dr Armendariz is skill, his overall patient care is low. Additionally, the day of surgery my appointment was pushed an hour and a half back because the doctor took an unscheduled surgery.

Well I have a couple issues and due to that fact I have 2 doctors at the location I go to and I am satisfied with the service and treatment I have and will continue to receive here. They are very friendly all around and give fantastic attention to details and listen to you on every aspect!

Dr. Padley was very thorough during his consultation with myself and my wife. He explained the upcoming procedure in detail and with great patience. I appreciated the time he spent with us to make sure we understood everything. I am very grateful and glad to have him as my doctor for this procedure.

I have used TOCA time and time again, from my shoulder to my knee. All the doctors are very professional and knowledgeable. The staff is Always so helpful, I just adore them.
