Tommy Nails, Phoenix AZ

Walked in at 9: 15am on a Saturday and they got me right in with Anna. Super kind and helped me choose from dip or acrylics based on what design I showed them. Decided on this lovely bright glitter purple for Halloween and a regular purple to match with a spider web. Always apprehensive about designs but Anna did a nice job and added some sparkle to it without me even asking. The place is very clean and everyone working there are very friendly. I’ll be going back for a pedicure soon for sure.

The service here is always spectacular. The clientele are mostly repeat customers from the neighborhood.

I always just want a regular mani pedi with no special things like tips or gel polish, etc. They do not ever try to talk me out of getting exactly what I want.

However I have had opportunity to see their work when family members have joined me and gotten more elaborate manicures.

Regardless of if you are a simple plain jane like me or want something more elaborate I have always seen them do great work here.

Pretty great service except for my cuticles being removed by being burnt off with the buffer tool? Also, $25 deposit is required to book. From other places in the area, this places seems to be charging $10-15 more for the same offerings. Updated colors & they keep up with the newest nail service offerings, so that could be why.

This place is my favorite! They always do such an amazing job! I literally drive 30 minutes to get here, that’s how impressive they are! Such kind people too

I just stopped in to a mani pedi before going on vacation. They were busy and asked me to come back. They do have a policy where they ask you to prepay if they schedule you for an appointment because often time people don’t come back. Which makes perfect sense give that I’d never been there before and there’s only 2 people who work.
This wasn’t a problem for me because I was definitely coming back. Makes good business sense to not have a ton of people sitting around just waiting for customers to walk in. There was a rude lady who walked in demanding a clear coat and was upset when they were told 1/2 hour because they were clearly busy with customers. They weren’t rude to her they just said no explained the situation and why they would have to wait. They are very friendly and talk to the clients. And you could tell they get to know their regulars. I even had headphones at the ready but didn’t use them because they were just very friendly. Very happy will definitely go back. Thanks!

Love it here! I had a bad experience at a different salon, and haven't gotten my nails done in a year because I was afraid to find a new place.
They did such a great job and were so nice. You can tell they care about your experience and their clients.
This is the type of small business that deserves your business!

My daughter got acrylics for the first time and I got just gel polish and both turned out so good. They were super sweet and quick. I will definitely be back.

I loved the two that worked there on Saturday, and I enjoyed my nails. I got Gel on my real nails but they only lasted me 4 (?) days and my left thumb and middle finger have chipped off already: (

I walked in for a full set and pedicure. The guy said that they don’t have anything available at the moment but I can schedule later on at 5: 45pm. I said that is fine. He said that I would have to prepay for the services in order to secure that spot and asked if I was OK with that. I said I was not. He told me verbatim, “You can come back later then. ” What rude service! Don’t even bother.

I had gel (no chip) polish put on and had 4 chips in the 1st 4 days. They would not refund my $$. Had to make an appt somewhere else 4 days later to have completely redone. $47 down the drain

I went to Tommy's for a couple pedicures and had a satisfactory experience so I went back for a full set of Acrylics which he charged me $120 for and then when I went back for a fill, they were so thick and I ruined my nails in taking them off and he charged me $50 for the fill. I will never go back there again!
