She listened carefully, communicated clearly, organized everything and had documents prepared for us when dad and I came to her office for signing and notarizing dad’s Will, Powers of Attorney, and Living Will (how an individual wants to be allowed to die naturally and peacefully, without invasive and futile medical procedures, or whatever their individual end-of-life wishes may be.)

We drove from Tucson to Gilbert to meet with Emily and even though there are other attorneys available who are located closer to home, it was still a pleasant and worthwhile experience and it was worth her fee and the drive to her location.
