Worst place ever. I came in from out of town on holiday & asked to have 1 nailed repainted that had chipped, I told her that they didn’t do the work & I will pay whatever necessary & the owner was stuck up and rude as can be & said “we can’t do that. ” I said “do what? Paint a single French tip? ” She said “we’re busy no. ” and dismissed me all while a nail tech sat there with no patrons in sight. I offered to wait I don’t expect immediate service when I walk in somewhere. She’s just mad I don’t get my nails done there? I use to come here years ago when I lived in town and spent a lot of money there & I will tell everyone to never come here again.

Changed price higher after being quoted 20 mins earlier. Owner was very rude. Not very good customer service.

My nail polish started popping off within 2 days of getting a manicure. When I called, the lady said that there's no guarantee and that if it's not gel polish the regular nail polish will only last two days. Lots of money spent for a manicure that only last two days. Not going back.all of the staff are rude and made me feel very uncomfortable.

They literally can’t do French tip (I asked for French tip with chrome and said if they couldn’t do it, the whole nail is fine and forget the French tip) and they charged me with an ombré which I didn’t pay for and it looked awful

I went here it was only 50$ for acrylics with 3 different colors the rest of the nails have held up I just got these done about 3 days ago and the middle nail on my right had gone inwards and is just peeling off and the left middle finger is completely bubbled

I had been going here for about a year. I started noticing the guy I was going to being less and less friendly, even abrupt with me at time. For example, on one occasion I didn't move my hand fast enough for him to the UV light and he literally swatted at my hand. Then, on another occasion I had an itch on my chin, with my free hand I went to scratch it, not only did he swat at me again, he said "Don't touch your face, polish won't stick if you get oils". Horrible way to treat a repeat customer. Honestly, that last time of him swatting at my hand took the cake. It's not like this place is super busy, I am not sure why he was always in a hurry!

I've been going to this salon for 4 years now. They are all very friendly and do a great job. I've never had a bad experience.
