5I like this store, it has sizes up to 5X for plus size women but also smaller sizes as well. I really like their clearance racks, especially when they have "save additional %" off clearance prices. I wish they had more selection for clearance. Without clearance prices though, you're looking to spend a large chunk of money. Overall though this is a good store.
I love this location because it's convenient to where I live and work etc. The employees are great and know me by name.they always strive to give me great customer service and I appreciate that very much!
I went to torrid today to buy a bra after getting embarrassed at Victoria Secret after the worker said I was “bigger”. I told the worker at torrid what had happened and they assured me it wouldn’t happen there. The ladies that helped me were so kind and patient with me, especially a young woman named Karen. She frequently checked on me and made me feel welcome and comfortable. I will only be buying bras at torrid from now on <3
Have to go back and buy a pair of white jeans and a skirt I saw that I must have.
Really appreciate the friendliness and approachable staff. I hate clothes shopping but the ladies here are helpful and honest. It's not a sales pitch, they want you to feel good and dress well.
