This is probably one of the best equipped, best location, best staff hotels in the area. Everyone is friendly and helpful. It's in a relatively safe location near the mall and cinema.

I was on the road and stay for a night and got room 218, a terrible room by the way, you could hear the elevator noises all night long and couldn't sleep well. It was very annoying. I reported it to the front desk and all they said was "sorry to hear that". I'm pretty sure they have better rooms but not sure if I will try my luck again with this hotel.

Located in a quiet area, many options for shopping and dining around. Friendly and helpful staff. In room Wi-Fi works great. Quiet room with small kitchenette. The room was clean and AC ice cold.

Always dated and the staff are mediocre. My microwave and freezer were broken; staff weren’t too concerned

Very nice and clean. Beautiful views of the mountains. Nice gathering area outside with bar- b- que grills. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Room service never changed the sheets or pillows, just remade the bed. Turned my AC to 78 when I had it set to 68. Rude front desk staff & awful room service. I don’t expect much but just doing the little things and not touching a guests AC would be nice.

To be honest, I did not know that hotels could be so different. Here, you have a kitchenette and a nice amount of space to spread out. Aside from the room, the laundry facilities are well maintained, the pool is always clean, the breakfast is very good, and the outdoor patio with grill (and if you ask the front desk, they will give you a grilling kit) is a game changer! If you are out on business or vacation, I cannot recommend the TownPlace highly enough!

Gladys, the receptionist, was very accommodating in making sure our room was on the first floor of the hotel. My family consists of small children and I did not want to be a bother to other guests that may be located below our room. Gladys went above and beyond to make sure our room was on the first floor and even put us right next to the pool for our children to play!

Other than requesting early check in and not being able to check in early, the stay was perfect. Room was clean and the two bedroom suite was perfect.

We were working at night and sleeping during day. Kevin and Gladys protected us from state inspections and allowed us to sleep. I cannot praise Kevin and Gladys enough, they are both examples of customer service.

Enjoyed the stay while in town. Room was super clean and the on-site amenities were great, employees were very attentive and professional. BBQ-grills, nice outdoor seating area and pool!

I love this place because it’s clean, parking lot is well lit at night, the laundromat facilities are nice and the staff are friendly and always so helpful! The location is central to Sierra Vista businesses for shopping, eating, walking. The property is well kept!

Worst experience at a Marriott property. I am lifetime platinum Bonvoy and titanium for 2021. Desk clerk was rude upon check-in. I inquired about an upgrade as 99% of the time I receive one. He said "my supervisor says no upgrades". I asked if that meant for people with status like me. He repeated "my supervisor said I am not allowed to upgrade ever". I asked that the manager contact me the next morning. No one has called me yet.

So we stayed in the queen room assigned. Refrigerator sounded like s tractor. Only small high ball glasses to drink from.

When we returned from touring the area at the end of the first day. Housekeeping had moved everything on the bed. We specifically left our items on the bed so we could reorganize our packing. Housekeeping should never touch a guests items the way they did.

The food for breakfast was horrible quality. Baked goods were stale. The syrup for waffles was old and did not pour. The person putting did out was rude.

If i could give a zero rating I would. Will never stay in this property again.

Nice, clean, and very accommodating. Great location. Great room and breakfast, Only issue was I'm not a pet person and this is a pet friendly hotel and on my 2nd day it seemed like everyone had a pet and not as medical pets. There were big labs shaking and pit bulls barking while you trying to eat as well as those watching TV. I just wish they had designated rooms that pets were allowed to stay in due to pet allergy. Dogs were also allowed in eating area so there was pet hair floating from the lab constantly shaking. This was my experience and my opinion.

Sonia at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. I was surprised by the breakfast spread serving hot eggs/cheese (mini fold overs) and a clean waffle machine. It's possible I was the first in the morning at 6: 30ish AM, but everything was hot and clean. Room was tidy, parking was easy, no complaints about this property. I would return.

The staff, in particular Kevin did a great job of making us feel welcome. Highly recommend this location for a clean quiet stay at a location corporate should be proud of.

Nicest and most competent staff. They treated us like family. The rooms were great, affordable and again, my family love the staff.

Rooms have a great kitchen with full size fridge, sink, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, and two burner stove. Also has some dishes and even tupperware. Dish soap, detergent, and sponge included.

However, there are only two public computers with a single sided printer, no scanner.

4 washing machines and dryers on the first floor, but washer and dryers each cost $2 in quarters. Quarter machine is in the laundry room.

The desk space is nice, with a rolling table that fits underneath the desk, and both a rolling desk chair and a fixed cusioned chair with a TV tray.
