Toy Temple Headquarters, Tempe AZ

Stopped by at the tempe location and wanted to see some singles. The employee refused to show the cards because we are not familiar faces he could remember, even we had been their customers for years. We even remember saw the guy in store multiple times during previous visits and talked to him several times. Very rude employee and not going back again. If you’ve never been to this place before, just save the time and go to other great card stores in the area.

Great place! Has lots of pops owner super cool. If you are searching for a pop for your collection he probably has it.

Always one of my fav spots for singles, the selection has gotten smaller since they moved f om Scottsdale/Tempe location.

I went to one of the signing events they held. It was organized and the workers at this location are respectful. I would go again.

Went to a signing with AEW wrestlers. The owner was very kind and was helpful. Didnt check out the store itself but when it came to a signing I had no complaints!

They have a somewhat limited display, as this is not their main location. There are 4 other locations in malls around the valley. They will have people on the 10th of December for an event! (Come get your stuff signed!)

One of the guys at the table today had a little sarcasm but everyone also and Yuri were really nice and helpful

I went into the store to sell my pokemon collection, and the worker jacob helped me out, as he is knowledgeable about all the cards games, and gave me a pretty good price for my pokemon collection. If you are reading this jacob, and workers of toy temple, thank you for your help.

Ever since I move to Arizona this place has been the to go place to find pops and staff are awesome

Fantastic store and great experience. Just started collecting and staff took the time to help me with each and every question I had. They even went in the back multiple times to get me what I was looking for as my mind kept changing. Even FaceTimed a friend who they helped out as well. I live in Denver, but this is my new go-to collection shop and will make special trips to shop here first.

Went in after Top Caliber merged with them and was looking to browse through the Yugioh cards but the guy at the counter was dismissive when we asked if it was the same as it was at Top Caliber where you could browse through the boxes. He said "We don't do that. " and walked off. Waste of a drive but definitely missing the staff & experiences I had with Top Caliber.

Top Caliber Gaming has been one of the best stores I’ve walked into when searching for Pokémon. The experience is very chill and easy. Purchasing or even trading cards, they make the process nice and simple with no hassle. Definitely recommend them.

Cool that they host signing events, but I'm a little disappointed they didn't list autograph rates anywhere online when signing up. I understand the rates are usually set by the guest (Johnny Yong Bosch in this case) but I wasn't expecting to pay $60 per item beforehand, and only learned that after waiting in line for over 2 hours at the very end of the line. Bit of a gotchya moment. Again, not a dig on the event itself, just clearer pricing ahead of time would be nice. As for the store itself it's fine, mostly Funko Pops, so if that's your thing they have a huge selection. If not, they have some miscellaneous merch for different shows, but not the most expansive selection I've seen. I'd consider coming again for more signing events, I just hope more info is given ahead next time.

Always greeted when walking in. Cleanliness is never an issue, and staff is always friendly. Always have the latest in Funko Pops and Cards like Yugioh and Pokemon. Will always recommend this place.

Customer service here is very lacking. I stood around in front of the cash register waiting to be helped while they are talking. When I finally got help I asked for a price and they looked up the value in front of me to give me a price. I walked out.

Amazing place to find all funko pop grails and exclusives that we are looking for, extensive stock and really friendly staff.
