They were thorough in their search even though the item we ordered did not show up on their computer and made sure that I had it before leaving the store.

Great location, needed items special ordered and Manager Cody went above and beyond! Always great sales, great people will be stopping in again soon. A+

Poor customer service lately. I've been going here for 3 years now and I miss the old crew that worked here. They were so helpful and knew so much! Now there is a whole new crew and they all have bad manors, very rude, and never know the answers to your questions. When they don't know the answers they don't even bother finding out for you, it's always answered with I'm sorry I don't know and they walk away. I'm never going back to this tractor supply, which is a shame because we spend over a thousand every month feeding all our animals.

Don’t waste your time or fuel this place never had what you need. The shelves half the time are empty I will never spend another penny at this store or waste fuel going there! I have no idea how this place has 4.5 stars unless everyone that rated them went there for gummy bears and key chains. Ridiculous! They need to train their people to do inventory and order stuff before you run out!

I was looking for a small reflector (like you used to see on mailboxes) and I couldn't find them anywhere at the big box stores. TSC had exactly what I was looking for and a whole lot more! Easy in and out with no lines.

Tractor Supply is a great place to buy feed. I purchase chicken and livestock feed here and their prices are lower than their competitors. They offer alpaca feed, which is hard to find. The staff is always helpful too. I've also purchased chicks here and they were clean and healthy. Highly recommend!

Oh my goodness! Jordyn and Hannah are the best! I called in tonight because I was in need of a second round of puppy shots and I've never done this before. The people I bought my puppy from told me they gave her the first round by themselves and bought them at tractor supply store so I called in not knowing anything about what I needed and they helped me through the entire process. I seriously would have been lost without their help. Thank you girls for amazing customer service! Above and beyond!

Service is good.
Store tends to be out of the products we need or possibly just not stocked yet. Once in a while the dog food I'm looking for is not on the shelf and is in the backroom waiting to be stocked. Employees will gladly take a look and get you what you are needing.

I have to shop here at least once a month for critter bedding. I prefer their brand of equine horse pellets used for bedding. For a while they were out pretty consistently but now seems to be in stock. They always seemed pretty busy and I really don't get asked if I need any help but I don't look like I need any when I come in so I don't really discount them for it.

The staff were so friendly and eager to help us out. The place is very clean; in addition to good prices.

I had a just plain awful experience tonight. It really threw me for a loop. We've been shopping here for years, have spent a lot of money, and have always had a wonderful experience with super helpful and friendly staff. This evening my daughter and I went to the QC location to see if they had any chickens. It was 844 pm and the hustle was on, to close up I guess. The gal working asked us if we needed anything and I told her we had chicken questions and asked for the friendly guy we normally see there, who was working in the back. Well no one came, and it was getting closer to close, so I figured I'd pick some out and be ready for check out. I was 2 birds in the box when a very quick walking employee yells, "Hey, you can't be in there! " This is only the 4th time I've bought chickens here and I was pretty sure I could be. We always picked out our birds by hand. He was visibly frustrated to which I replied you shouldn't treat me like I was stealing, we did ask for help. He said he was the manager on duty and it was their policy. I handed him the box and he said only he could pick them out. I told him I wanted to look at them to choose, but he refused. We ended up just leaving. He didn't want us there and that was so clear. If he is indeed the manager, I am surprised. He should have no place with customers. I left feeling insulted and embarrassed. There were no less than 5 employees in the back trying to close up early, and I was simply trying to make a purchase. This was my favorite supply place, and just around the corner, too. We were weekly regulars, but I guess not regular enough for this guy.

This location seems to have more clothes and less hardware than other locations. Almost never has what I am looking for.

The store is always clean. Workers are a hit and miss with friendliness and timeliness of getting to the registers or filling propane. Sometimes they lack variety or enough of certain products that we regularly shop here for.

From shot clinics to fly traps tractor supply has covered my needs. The 4 health dog food though gave my dog hot spots, so if you have a dog with a more senetive system, avoid it.

This location offers propane at a significantly discounted price over the swap-and-go setups. Just bring your own propane tank and they’ll fill it up (or even top it off before a big event). Checkout was easy and the store isn’t too busy in the early evening.

Awesome! Only place in the valley I could locate penicillin G for my rabbit (every other place either doesn't carry injectables, or was backordered for the past couple months. Even Diamondback, the supplier!) Best thing - it only cost $12.99! On-line would have cost me about $40, mostly due to cold-pack shipping. We also know 5 hens who love the organic chicken chow. Great place, nice inventory. Go see!

When I called in with an urgent need for fence posts and a post driver, Shelly explained everything I needed to do to make the order and have it ready for my employees to pick up. Later in the day, when I needed help, Shelly brought over Conner and Viola and the three of them treated me as if they have known me forever. It reminded me of the small town I grew up in and how people treated each other back then.

This place has amazing customer service. And all the little cool stuff you need for a farm or horses or crazy dogs or name the animal! Great customer service, tons of stuff you need to feed and upkeep your little farmhouse. Hay and hay pellets, rubber mats for horse stalls, water faucets for horse stalls, and tons of other little knick-knacks. But again great service feels like you're at a locally-owned store

The prices are high on clothing and feed. They always manage to have the parts I need for my Tractor when it is need of repair.

Nice store, they have a wide range of stuff there and the staff was pretty helpful. If you are looking for copper tube or fittings go somewhere else, the website showed they have it but the actually don't.
