Customer Service here is not helpful. We asked for assistance and the employee that wore a gray cap walked us to the end cap of the aisle and said it should be there. Uhm that's not helpful. If I wanted that kind of customer service I would have shopped online. Please have your employees work on customer service.

I absolutely love this place. I get most of my dog needs right here & the pet wash is amazing.

We were at the store at Valencia, I am not able to lift heavy things, and I asked for help at the register, then this great lady named Charly came and help us a couple of times, with heavy things, she was very helpful. Thanks Charly, you make an awesome job at Tractor supply.

I needed a shepherds hook for my bird feeder. The girl that answered the phone was very helpful. She told me they only had the one that I needed left and that she would hold it for me until I got there. They have alot of good products at reasonable prices. I've always had a good experience shopping here.

Great customer service, always helpful and courteous. A customer sense opening. The manager is one of a kind and top of the line.

This is the worst store with bad customer service last week went to buy a chicken and was there for 30 minutes and nothing today I went and bought a boot and payed for it and was there standing for another good 30 min to 40 for them to bring me the right boot and there was not even people in the store so they can take that much to bring a boot up it was rediculous never going back there again

We always have a good experience at this store. Bought a in bed tool box for our truck today and Charly was very helpful. Everyone was great.

I purchased boots online specifically so I can do curbside pick up. I went and got the boots, and went home to realize they left the security tag on the boots. I drove back to the store and parked in curbside pick up, and called the number to explain what happened and to see if they could run out to grab the boots to take it off. They didn’t answer the first time I called, and the second time it rang a long time before I got an answer. There was no other cars in the curbside pick up area. The guy gave me an attitude and said I need to come into the store and that they won’t come get the boots even though it’s their mistake. I ordered curbside pick up obviously for a reason and all I got was a lazy employee with an attitude acting like it’s my fault. It was already an inconvenience of having to make a second trip back to the store, then I get an attitude acting like I’m asking for too much? Absolutely ridiculous

Went here specifically to refill a propane tank and it was "temporarily out of service".

I go to tractor Supply on a weekly basis to buy welding and other work supplies and am never disappointed i ended up buying a 200+ peice socket set on clearance at a unbeatable price with a life time warranty the team member Melinda was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable on everything I inquired about will definitely be shopping there again to buy all my working supplies

No propane, since it's opened I've been asking for propane and answers always been no they're out. The staff is always friendly and store for the most part is tidy and clean.

I have been a customer with this company for years, I found reasonably priced dog food there. Been disappointed to find they haven't been able to keep it in stock alot lately. I was told they weren't expecting a shipment for another 3 and half weeks. I was offered their house brand of small dog food for a penny. Sorry but a small amount of dog food is not going to feed my 7 dogs. So I guess I will no longer get my dog food there and will take my business elsewhere.

This location has the worst customer service I've had in a while. I placed an order on the app. Shortly after, I got a notification that it was canceled. I called to find out why. I was told customer service could tell me and I was put on hold. I was on hold for five minutes. No one ever checked back. After five minutes, I hung up and called back. I explained that I had just been on hold for five minutes. I was put back on hold. Five minutes later, I hung up. I called back asking for the manager. Same result. Later that evening, I had to go past there to go to the grocery store, so I stopped and asked for the manager. The store was empty of customers. The manager basically brushed me off. She gave me the corporate phone number to report it to them. I'll not be using this store in the future. There are too many other stores that sell the same things at the same prices who will be glad to accept my money.

This is the second time I've had issues at this store, with the same person. Last time I got to the customer service desk to pick up an order. This same manager was chit chatting with a customer. I stood at the counter for several minutes without being acknowledged. Finally, I asked her if I could get my order. The other customer then left and I got my order. There was never an apology from her.

Just recently purchased a travel trailer. It had 20# propane tanks & we wanted larger. We purchased 40#er's, too big. Decided to exchange them for 30#'ers. Brooke was very helpful. Did the exchange & filled our tanks too. Great customer service.

Steve has a great customer service, that is why we came back today and were helped by a rude cashier Rita.

Always shop Tractor Supply it beats the crowded Wal Mart and they usually have what I'm looking for and some good deals on clearanced items.

This place is great for a farm/ranch/garden supply store but they also have a great selection of Gun Safes at very smart prices. Do not miss their outdoor area with more stuff for sale as well.
