Sierra is awesome. Thanks to her, my fitness is a top priority of mine again. I'm doing almost 2 hours of cardio four times a week, weights, and strength training and the results have been fantastic. Down 27 lbs in about 5 months and still going. You can't go wrong with Sierra.
I love the vibe and atmosphere here at Transform! Alicia was also great as she came by during my workout to give me some tips and pointers and helped me set some goals and plans for future workouts. I would definitely recommend her and Transform to anyone.
The vibe here is great. Not like the typical gym atmosphere. The trainers (and other clients) are all friendly and welcoming. You can tell they want everyone to succeed and have a good time while doing it. Matt Barker is a great trainer and will help you reach your goals!
Sierra has changed my life! I worked with her for about 6 months where she helped me with my nutrition. She walked me through every piece including my recommended macros and daily calories. She utilized body scans and weekly check ins to form the perfect plan for me.

I have had the pleasure of working with Matt on macro coaching for 8 months and seriously cannot recommend him enough. He is very involved and cares about his clients and making adjustments in your life, not only hit your goals but also to be sustainable. I have always done fad diets and crazy HIIT classes everyday and have never been able to loose weight, I lost a lot of hope and confidence in myself. I had the privilege of training with Shelby Poole. She thoroughly explained each workout and how it affected individual muscles/muscle groups. She also has immense knowledge of postpartum care and helped me with my core, as well as nutrition. Highly recommend!
I started training with Matt Barker about a month plus ago.
Regarding my neutron, when I first started with Matt, I thought my way of living "healthy" was really "healthy", unfortunately, that wasn't the case as my lipid lab works didn't quite look very pretty. Matt with his nutrition knowledge help set me on a daily macro percentage that works for me. Within a month plus, all my lipid labs are back to normal.
Regarding my resistant training, I have been training since I was in my late teen, now in my 30s I felt that I have reached plateau and I also knew there are many exercise I really didn't know how to do it correctly. Working out with Matt was awesome. I learned so much and I have already felt a great improvement in my physique.

I have worked with Sierra from Transform in nutrition. Her knowledge and understanding of nutrition and how it works far exceeded my expectations. I use to be a meal prep guy until I met her. She walked me through everything and made it easy. I have worked with her in the gym and her training and understanding of the movement and body is exceptional. She has even shown me ways to increase muscle through movement and concentration. Sierra and Transform is a great place to get started and recommend her to anyone.
