Transporte Directo, Phoenix AZ

I take this shuttle alot and usually there is no problems. We get there safe and in time. The last 2 times I road the shuttle to Douglas and back to Phoenix we were completely full with people and the air conditioner didn't work and all the windows were closed. I was sick from the heat when I got to douglas

Arrived an times to destination, but Van had a very weird smell. Carpets need to full detail inside. A/C not working properly. Driver is very professional and respectful.

Very bad experience, I saw how the driver harassed a person, I saw how the girl had to change seats, they should be more careful who they hire, one less client.

The driver didn't want to give me the package that my mom sent me on the shuttle. He said he couldn't find it until I told him it's a medicine I need to live.suddenly she found him next to her in her chair. I think I wanted to meet him.don't trust this company

Was merging on the highway. And one of their drivers, PP217, license plate KA7BLA, tried to run me off the road. I called, and they just hung up on me. Driver went out of their way, to get as close to me as possible. I had to jerk the wheel, and almost went off the highway, because of this drivers aggression. I did nothing to provoke this, was just driving home from work.
