7Never had the chance to see him due to his office. Broke a bone in my right foot Aug 26. Saw my dr Aug 30. Had x-rays showing fracture Aug 31. Got referral to him sent sept 2. Called tried to make appt starting sept 2nd. Called a total of 8 times spending almost 10 hrs. Called my dr they sent referral again. I called again 3 times in 1 day. No referral no appt I was told. I am sure he is a good dr but needs to be accountable for his staffs actions. Broken bone no treatment as of today. I am calling my insurance company and Medicare today. If you need care do not get a referral with banner orthopedics.
I've been a patient of Dr Jensen for a number of years, as was my late wife.
He is an outstanding surgeon & with Michelle & other team members, one can be most confident that their medical issues will be well taken care of.
The doctor may be amazing, but if calls don't get returned EVER, despite some being sent as "urgent", and if you wait an hour in the waiting room.you never get to experience this "amazing doctor". Staff and office procedures can ruin a doctor's reputation and how they are perceived. Office staff need to step it up BIG. TIME. Awful.
Dr. Jensen is awesome and the phone lines have all been worked out. Easy to get through now. The staff is amazing as well.
Waiting on the phone to get an appointment is very bad. The Dr is great but getting through to him is a real turnoff.
Dr Jensen is one of the most caring doctors that I have ever seen, he finds out what the problem is and fixes it. His staff is wonderful, the only down side is getting thru on the phone lines. That's Banner staffing and not a reflection on him though.
It is very disturbing to wait over 30 minutes to get anyone to answer the phone when calling the Banner Health Office in Sun City West! Same experience on each of 4 occasions.
