Travli Hospitality (Ric & Jen) in Cave Creek, AZ.were exceptional hosts! The home we stayed in was beautiful and better than we expected. Our hosts were quick to respond and very accommodating. We had absolutely no problems, and thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay. I 100% recommend booking with them if you ever have the opportunity!

We stayed with Ric and Jen over the weekend in the Craftsman LUX condo and it was amazing! Super convenient location and great communication back and forth with the hosts. They recommended restaurants and activities for us to fill our time and we had a blast! We will definitely be back to stay with them again.

I would never use this company or any company Ric Kenworthy owns. He has personally ruined my wife's birthday trip with his lack of care. My wife made a reservation directly with his office personnel in November for a January stay and gave the credit card over the phone to Ric's office staff. Fast forward to 3 days before we were leaving on her birthday trip in January and hadn't received any check-in instruction so she chose to call the office direct. Only to hear that we do not have a reservation! The office person looked further into it as my wife stayed on the phone. She was informed that the person that took all the info, credit card, dates, etc did everything except log it into the rental log and thus, no reservation was booked and that unit is now booked. Obviously shocked, as we are packing to leave, she was apologized to by the office woman and said she would do everything possible to figure out something and contact the owner, Ric Kenworthy to figure out what could be done. After a few hours we had not heard anything so my wife called back, now a little more nervous. She was now told that she spoke to the owner, Ric, and that "He" personally is staying at the suite above so he can't give up that unit. (What? !) My wife was told she would continue to work on something and get back. Again, no call for a while until my wife reached out again and that point was told they had another condo somewhere else they could offer. Looking at it we realized it was old and in a large complex, hardly the special birthday place we picked out. When we pushed the issue about not liking that choice she was told Ric was leaving after a day of us arriving so we could check into the old place and then check out the following day and move all our stuff over to the original location where he was staying.mind you, we were told we couldn't check in until later but could leave our bags there. So much for being able to explore around without unpacking, repacking, leave and then unpack. All because Ric, the owner didn't want to disrupt his stay. Why not Ric stay at this other old condo and make up for what mistake his office made. My wife even went as far as to look around his other listings and found a place 25 minutes away but more expensive and offered we stay there and he make up the difference. We were "texted" back with a denial but could offer a 5-10% discount. Again, What? ! No remedy still at this point and time was clicking away. All this time, no call whatsoever from the owner, Ric Kenworthy! The person who claims to give personal service and expert in the industry. NOT! My wife and I are both business owners and truly realize the customer comes first. Even if it means we had to eat some money because of a company mistake or one of our employees mistake. A business is not measured by how successful it is, it's measured how well it handles adversity and rise to the challenge. Ric is not that owner. He owns many businesses apparently, maybe too busy to deal with one customer's problem. As of this writing, I had to cancel all the special dinners and arrangements I made for.my wife's birthday trip as everything at this late time was extremely expensive so it is all being cancelled. My wife is beyond upset. We were driving 8 hours to get there and thank God we didn't drive only to find out no rental.

Ah…damage control. You managed to apologize many times in your rebuttal, but over 3 days of dealing with this issue, we did not hear from you at all until an email from you at 10 pm the night before we were set to arrive…. With no apology, just excuses and justifications.

I have worked for Ric and Jen for several years, and it was the BEST career choice I could have made. It is clear from their reviews that guests receive 5-star care, but they also treat their employees and clients with the same attentiveness. I am so grateful to have found a small business to work for that is eager to grow while maintaining close relationships with every employee and client. I highly recommend this management company as a place to work, as well as any of their homes they have in their portfolio.

Travli hosts amazing properties with amazing amenities! I had friends and family from across the US at the Fountain Hills Property and we all enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and needed NOTHING! There’s a grocery store 5 minutes away and if you need to get your walk on the hills and sceneries are beautifully breathtaking. And the “Beach” is a genius idea and definitely gives you a feeling of being on the Beach! The temp of the pool was great for December and very accommodating for all to enjoy! Do yourself and your guests a Favor and allow Travli Hospitality Company to host you!

We spent a long weekend at the Ace Retreat in Scottsdale, and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay. The check-in process was easy, and the concierge services made every thing after easy as well. The house has so many perfect touches for decor, and the outside was setup perfectly to relax and unwind.

Had the opportunity to rent from these guys when I had family in town. The place was spotless and the Ric and Jen were great hosts.

Scottsdale location was awesome- updated, extremely clean, well supplied and with all the right amenities in a great central location. Coming back for sure.

We stayed at an amazing property in Scottsdale and the service and quality of the rental warrant 5-stars! There is attention to detail throughout the little finishing touches really elevate the space. The home was clean and fresh as was the backyard. The neighborhood was always quiet and peaceful and the location served us well for shopping and food, with most needs within a 10 minute drive this home and company are at the top for comfort, value, service and communication. If you are coming to the Phoenix area, look no further than Old Town Rental. We will be back!

I was interested in working with them until I tried calling half a dozen times, the owner picked up once and promised he would call me back and never did. I even texted two different people and was told they would get back to me. Two weeks later no reply. Very unprofessional. Wouldn’t consider them now if they did respond.

Had a great time staying with Old Town Rentals! They were very attentive and responsive, especially considering our very last minute rental. Our stay was beautiful and highly relaxing in the modern home near a lake and park for the family to enjoy. I highly recommend staying with them!

Our recent stay at Hummingbird Estate set the bar high. From the moment we arrived through departure, our experience was nothing short of extraordinary.
The location of the property is simply breathtaking. Nestled amidst stunning natural surroundings, we were treated to mesmerizing views of Camelback Mountain, the tranquility and serenity of the area instantly allowed us to truly unwind and connect with nature.
The vacation property itself exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The attention to detail and meticulous upkeep of the premises was evident from the moment we stepped inside. The interior design was tastefully done, striking a perfect balance between modern elegance and cozy comfort. Every room was immaculate, and the amenities catered to our family's every need. The fully equipped large kitchen made cooking/entertaining a joy, and the spacious living areas provided ample space for relaxation and entertainment.
One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the private resort-style outdoor area. Meticulously maintained, this peaceful oasis provided a multitude of areas to casually dine, relax, play, or soak up the sun. The pool, hot tub, sport court, comfortable seating areas, and gazebo with fire-pit were a perfect addition for the whole family to enjoy. The attention to detail extended even to the beautifully landscaped surroundings that added to the overall ambiance.
In terms of nearby attractions, there was no shortage of things for our family to do and explore. Whether it was hiking along scenic trails, visiting local landmarks, or indulging in the area's culinary delights, we were spoiled for options. The property's convenient location allowed us easy access to a variety of activities, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Hosts Ric and Jen deserve special mention for their outstanding service! From the moment we booked our stay, they were prompt in their communication and ensured that all our queries were promptly addressed. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough orientation, making us feel right at home. Throughout our stay, they were readily available to assist us with any requests or recommendations, ensuring that our vacation was seamless and hassle-free and we thank you and your team!
All in all, our stay at Hummingbird Estate, Paradise Valley was an absolute delight! We wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone seeking a luxurious, peaceful, and unforgettable vacation experience. We cannot wait to return and create more beautiful memories in this slice of paradise!

We stayed at an amazing property in Chandler and the service and quality of the rental warrant 5-stars! There is attention to detail throughout the property and every furnishing and design element is thoughtful. The home was always comfortable as far as temperature is concerned, as was the water temperature of the pool. The furnishings were both modern and comfortable, from the beds to the couches, the bar and the table seating. The neighborhood was always quiet and peaceful and the location served us well for shopping and food, with most needs within a 10 minute drive. We enjoyed easy access to downtown for a baseball game as well as trips to Scottsdale for more shopping. Having stayed at more than 20 vacation rentals in the past 8 years, this home and company are at the top for comfort, value, service and communication. If you are coming to the Phoenix area, look no further than Old Town Rental. We will be back!

We spent five nights at 82nd Scottsdale LUX Retreat. The home was pristine and a complete joy to stay in. Ric and his staff were responsive to all questions and were a pleasure to work with. We will definitely rent for them again!

Recently stayed at Ric & Jen’s Greenway Oasis for a family vacation and loved it! The house was clean, amenities were plentiful, and Ric & Jen were very responsive for any questions or requests we had. We will definitely use Old Town Rentals next time we visit!

We stayed at The Lux at Craftsman Studio 2 and absolutely loved it! Easy access to so many restaurants and pubs! Beautiful area to just walk around! The studio was perfect with a balcony where we could sit and listen to the live music playing at the bar across the street. We will definitely return!

Review for property: Booked in 60 Seconds
Beautiful home, as described/pictured. The home was clean and equipped with most of the amenities a group of 4 guys on a golf trip could ask for: BBQ and TV on back patio, spa, pool, rooftop deck, pool table, ping pong, and cornhole. Great location, about 1 mile walk from Old Town Scottsdale.

OTR's service we great; detailed instructions provided prior to check-in, timely communication/responses to inquiries, and accommodating overall. We arrived at the home to find the spa wasn't heating up, but OTR's team addressed this quickly. Overall, the home was amazing and OTR's service was top notch.

Stayed at The Yellow Door property for 4 days last month and absolutely LOVED IT! The location was perfect, nice neighborhood, clean house/backyard and the staff at Old Town Rental is extremely attentive and helpful! I can't wait to come back!

Great experience stayed at E Friess house and it was beautiful. The house accommodated nine guys on a golf trip and we were all very comfortable. Thanks to Ric and Jen great hosts.

I recently rented "Booked in 60 Seconds" Estate and could not have had a better experience. The house was perfect: well situated, clean, and exactly as described and photographed. The Old Town team was a pleasure to work with as well. Their concierge worked with us in advance to try and find a private chef, and when we had an issue with the hot tub, they sent someone out immediately to investigate. I look forward to renting from Old Town again on my next trip to Scottsdale, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a luxury experience.
