I went for a tour 8/28/23. Even after reading the questionable reviews, I was still interested in a unit, the location is perfect. I walked the grounds and I didn't see any pool closures or trash anywhere in fact i was impressed by the cleanliness of the place and the actual unit i was thinking of leasing was incredible. I asked my leasing agent about those prior issues and I was told they had trouble with the prior waste management and have since contracted a new company, there were new trash bins in location and I didn't see any mess anywhere and the pool was nice. I could see they've addressed prior complaints, and I'm good with that. Maya was excellent. I applied the same day.

I moved in a couple months ago. It is more expensive than my previous place. The maintenance group is just awful. The fridge spelt terrible for the first week when we moved in, we had problems with the washer that took another week. We still don’t have a working dishwasher. There are also some issues with the garbage and lots of bugs outside but not very many inside.

I'm over here a month ago I haven't had nothing but problems. The apartment wasn't ready when we moved in. Full of sewer roaches, I've been waiting on somebody to come and spray the unit which they should have sprayed the unit before I moved in here and they still keep giving me the run around talking about the bug ban is coming on Thursday but I yet to see him in his 3 weeks later. I don't appreciate being. Lie to and put off I don't know how difficult it is for you. Just to treat your tenants with respect and give them what they are paying for because this rent is not cheap

Do NOT move here! PLEASE! We moved here in April, and have dealt with countless issues. What really makes this place suck is the absolute disregard for any issues despite me emailing and calling multiple times every week. On June 28th our dishwasher broke, on July 3rd our toilet pipe burst and flooded our whole bathroom. I called the emergency line immediately and still to this VERY DAY (August 7th) it has not been fixed. Our bathroom light went out two weeks ago and of course it’s not one we can replace ourselves, it belongs to Trevi so another thing I have to wait months for. I have talked to multiple ladies in the front leasing office who assured me they were going to contact maintenance and help me get it figured out immediately. Lies. I know it is not their fault but the way they act like it’s no big deal and provide me no updates or information is astonishing because I have been more than kind and have called so many times asking for help. Do not waste your money moving into a place where things break and it takes months to fix because living without a toilet has been absolutely ridiculous and I am tired of it. Also, do NOT reply to me and say to email trevi because I HAVE VARIOUS TIMES AND YOU DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AND DO NOT CARE!

I do not relish expressing my displeasure with leaving negative reviews, but the magnitude of my frustration compels me to share my experience. The disappointments I have encountered since moving in December of last year cannot go unnoticed.

The initial move-in was marked by excitement and anticipation, only to be overshadowed by a disheartening reality. The unit I was supposed to call home was far from ready for occupancy. To my dismay, I discovered that the vanity mirror in the bathroom, a fundamental component of any living space, was shattered. It marred the room's aesthetics and highlighted a need for more attention to detail in the preparations.

As if the broken mirror wasn't disheartening enough, I soon realized that the dishwasher, an essential appliance for modern living, was inoperable. The cycle of malfunction, repair, and subsequent breakdown repeated itself frustratingly. Despite repeated fixes, the dishwasher remained temperamental, rendering my efforts to maintain a functional household considerably more challenging than they needed to be.

To resolve these issues, I engaged the maintenance team to address the problems that had persisted for too long. Just yesterday, they arrived to install new appliances – a new dishwasher, disposal, and toilets. Unfortunately, even this endeavor has proven to be riddled with disappointments. The supposedly "new" dishwasher, intended to bring convenience back into my routine, is far from securely installed. It's precarious positioning not only mars the aesthetic harmony of the kitchen but also presents potential safety hazards.

My efforts to seek assistance for the latest issues have been met with inexplicable resistance. My calls to report the inadequately installed dishwasher and the newly sprung sink leak were satisfied with the frustrating sound of disconnection, leaving me feeling unheard and undervalued as a tenant.

It's profoundly disheartening to find myself in a situation where my living conditions have been compromised repeatedly, despite my best efforts to seek resolutions. These disappointments have left me no choice but to share my experience. As someone who values fair treatment and functional living spaces, leaving negative feedback is a step I take with a heavy heart, hoping that my concerns will finally be acknowledged and addressed.

This place is a dump - literally and figuratively. Upon moving in nearly a year ago I was placed in a unit that was incomplete - holes in the walls, misaligned drawers that wouldn’t shut properly, a guest shower I couldn’t use, a cracked shower floor to name a few - and 11 months later half of these issues have yet to be fixed by maintenance or rectified by management. Individual unit issues aside, the property pool has been closed twice because it has turned green, and most recently piles of trash have been accumulating and rotting around the complex. A very far cry from what is acceptable at any complex - especially at one that is charging nearly $2,100 a month. I could and would not in good conscious recommend this complex to anyone.

We currently live here now. When we moved in and the apt was not complete. Our shower glass doors were not put on then maintenance did come but put on BACKWARDS so now water drips all over the floor (still not fixed). Our AC unit has a hole in the ceiling that drips into our bathroom tub! Leaving it yellow! Hornets nest on our fire sprinklers outside. NOT handicap friendly. All stairs and barley any handicap parking spots. Every one has pets but do not pick up after them our area smells heavily of urine. Lots of paint coverings and bottom panel peelings. Our shower head is away from the wall letting sewer roaches in. We sprayed ourselves as we continue to get small ants randomly. The residence are nice in our area and the noise level is fairly low.

If I could rate this establishment a 0 I would. I moved into trevi apartments a year ago and they show you a nice new apartment but when we got our keys it was the exact opposite. Dirt and scrapes just painted over with, things were broken, light bulbs didn’t work, air filter was disgusting. All which was noted for the office & maintenance but nothing was addressed until weeks later or never. I moved out May 8th, 2023 and was told 2 weeks later I’d be receiving half of my deposit. They’ve beaten around the bush, “re-sent” the check 3 times now! They don’t give you straight up answers. I finally got what was supposed to the be check today and all it was, was the breakdown that was ALREADY sent to me a month ago. This place is cheap, dirty and the management is horrible.

Not happy with this complex or company. First management company was awful and when this company bought it out there was supposed to be progress made… NOT. My elderly father lives here with no working kitchen sink, no working AC and a bathroom shower that is falling apart for the third time now. Staying with him in a $2000/month apartment should’ve been a haven. Get your act together and clean your buildings, pressure wash, clean up all the trash that’s positioned where the compactors are supposed to go. The entire place looks to that of low income housing because it’s not properly taken care of.

Moved in to our newly renovated apartment & it was unusable. No hot water, no water hooked up to washer, exposed wires at dryer, toilet seats wrong & not secure. Shelving incomplete in closets, a satellite dish on patio, microwave handle broken & filty. Shower heads leak, no drain cover in shower. A open pipe. Fridge out of level & door slams shut on you. I have 140 photos showing poor craftsmanship. Leasing agent said she personally walked apartment & approved. WOW! A week has passed & no contact or service from Trevi.

This place has been very disappointing to say the least. It has a nice vibe and all but falls flat in every category. The maintenance takes a very long time to respond to issues and doesn’t do much you can’t do yourself, the place literally falls apart on its own it’s very cheaply designed and put together. We are still missing a cabinet from the day we moved in… that was over 6 months ago. They leasing office tries their best but the place as a whole is completely flawed. Wifi is terrible and is always randomly going out, cellular data is non existent and rent is higher than it says online. So many hidden fees and for the quality it just isn’t worth it anymore.

It’s a bitter sweet review, and not something I ever thought I would do. We pay our rent on time. We enjoy the location and have built a family here which is why we are going on five years here. We have seen several different property management companies. Overall, our experience has been hit and miss while I will leave a more detailed review of the community later, this is focused solely on rent. There is a huge focus on “market value” but it seems anything but and definitely doesnt feel supportive for the tenant. Last year Arizona faced a major surge in housing, and everyone felt the pain of that. Here we are at renewal now which was delivered late 3 weeks out prior to the end of our lease with a more stable market definitely lower than last year and yet our rent is still being increased a good amount. The whole idea behind market value is adjusting to the market whether that’s an increase, or a decrease or staying static and it has been extremely difficult to try and speak with somebody from property management. No response to emails or to get anyone to return a call. It’s so frustrating and disheartening and upsetting to not feel heard.

Just moved in and it was very well organized and described. And a shout out to Monica who is the definition of great customer/resident care at every level. The premise is very well done and well taken care of. There are lots of choice in apartments and glad I chose this one.

My husband and I lived at Trevi for almost 4 years, within that time we saw management change 3 times, each one worse than the last.
We had huge leaks every time it rained, ants, double charges, you have to pay $30 a month for trash, have to pay for all the water and electricity that is used through the whole complex, and the staff was terrible to deal with.
My husbands car got wrongfully towed for no reason while parked in our driveway. He had to miss a day of work to have them give him a ride to the tow yard.
Everyday we honestly feared what would be next and it was a huge relief when we finally got out of there.
It’s the worst place I’ve ever lived and would say to please save your money and pick somewhere else to live!

I have lived here since 2022. Pay my rent on time, take care of their property, and follow their rules. I moved into another apartment in their community for more privacy. Trevi had a month before I moved in to fix some issues. The one causing the most day to day inconvenience was the dryer vent. (Had a month to fix before I moved in). I completed my inspection form when I moved in, and issues still haven’t been addressed. When I inquired the response/tone was I was a pain for asking. I email maybe every 7 days and get little to no response. It is unreasonable to wait weeks for a dryer vent “that was ordered” so I bought and completed the task myself. Beware. They are nice when you come to lease, then get irritated by maintenance requests, that are not the leasees responsibility. The way they speak to their tenants is loaded with irritation. Now that I am moved in I don’t matter as much as any new tenant. The follow up and communication could be improved. Email responses would also be appreciated. The location is convenient and pretty quiet so I stay.

I shouldve listened to the reviews before moving here. Ive lived here for about a month and im already considering breaking my lease and moving somewhere else. Upon moving in the apartment was not clean. A big spot of dried pee was under the toilet seat. Dirt and debris was all over the counters. Saw dust and dirt were all over the floor. The floor was uneven. The dishwasher did not work. The cabinet in the kitchen is too big and obstructs the other cabinet from opening. Half the lights in the apartment did not work. The washer had all types of hair and dirt inside including a bug in the washer. The dryers lint trap was grossly full and had dirt in it as well. Mind you im paying for a lemocello newly renovated apartment. They fixed the light and the dishwasher after back and forth correspondence. The maintenance guy came to clean the washer and dryer ill add a picture so you can see just how “clean” it was this was after two attempts. They have not fixed the cabinet and they sent a “cleaner” to the house who was on her phone the entire time and did NOT clean the apartment properly so much so I had to sweep and mop AFTER she left. It seems like she was a resident that was trying to make extra cash that wasn't even a real cleaner. I was told by one of the office ladies that she lives here and her washer and dryer looks the same soooo dirty? Also I have major allergies to animal hair which was embedded in the washer. Due to its conditions and how old it was I requested a new one since it obviously cant be cleaned properly and my allergies will flare up and was denied and offered they to come “clean it again” like the past 2 times were successful? Honestly I could write a much longer review but truly there are many more apartments in the area that cost same and you probably wouldnt have this many issues. Stone oaks was a great apartment across the street and I wouldve stayed if they had a 1 br available when I downsized my 2 br. Either way just dont even bother applying everything is great until you actually move in.

I wish I had the same good experiences as other residents here, but in the five months I’ve lived here now, I cannot recommend a single aspect about this community. From my experience, it is very clear the staff here do not care about their residents once they get you locked into a contract and the check clears. From the beginning, I signed a lease for a renovated unit. The weekend before that lease was supposed to start, the office called me and said that the unit won’t be finished by move-in date and I could wait a few weeks or move to a different unit for a more expensive rate. After much push-back, the office gave in and let me have a different unit for the previously agreed upon rate. Then they call back the next day and have to move my lease, again, to a third and final unit. This should’ve been the first sign to walk away, but I persisted. The leasing agent offered a “gift card” as an apology yet that has never come to fruition and was supposedly given to the maintenance team to leave in my unit during the first week. The day came to move in and pick up keys and I was told that the construction team was finishing up projects in the unit earlier that day and there may still be some dirt but not to worry. When I walked into my new apartment, I was met with a truly unfinished unit: missing light switch cover, holes in walls, drawers that don’t align on their tracks, crack in a shower floor, broken kitchen sink support, cracked closet door, missing AC filter, incorrect mail keys, and overall poor care and craftsmanship. My lease started the second week of August. It took until November for even some of these minor issues (installing a light switch cover and AC filter) to be addressed. Most of the major issues still persist yet the office team marks them as “completed” in the maintenance portal. The maintenance team has supposedly ordered necessary parts to finish these repairs, yet make no effort to actually install and fix their issues. To make matters worse, the office does not return phone calls or emails regarding any of these issues. My only assumed reason for that is because they know they have screwed up so many times and don’t want to acknowledge the issues. Just like other places, you’ll be roped into paying extra fees and non-negotiables in addition to your rent like valet trash that only ever picks up half the time or even leaves trash in the bin when they snap the strings off the bag. There are a few upsides, though, namely being an overall very quiet community and the work they are putting in to upgrade all the other units. The floor plans are all very spacious, nicely laid out, with modern appearances and appliances. Don’t be enticed by the gated community also; everyone gets the same code, the pedestrian gates don’t actually lock to the outside, and the vehicle gates are open about half the time since I’ve moved in. Security here is a farce and I wish I signed for a garage. There are also multiple pools here, but the back one has been closed down at one point by Maricopa County themselves for being unsafe and the office still refuses to fix the stagnant hot tub; since it was originally closed in late October, it has only been open for about a week and the hot tub water is still not being circulated. Despite losing access to these amenities, the office hasn’t sent out any announcement of pending repairs or offered any recompense for losses. I encourage all potential lessees to steer as far away from Trevi as possible. All in all, living here has been a memorable learning experience in the worst way.
