I have taken my Dell tower computer and my HP laptop to Tri City Computers for repair within the past month and have been extremely satisfied with the results. The price was reasonable on both repairs and turn around time was within a day or two. Both computers operate at a much greater speed than before. Greg is very knowledgeable and explains as much as he can about maintaining your computer for optimum performance. I would recommend his services highly.

I was referred tp Tri City by a friend. When I arrived at the opening time, Greg had just posted a note that he was sick, and would re-open the next day. He saw me parked outside as he was leaving to go home, and asked me if I needed a computer service. Although he was not feeling well, he waited as I told him my laptop was hijacked by a fake Microsoft virus. He told me what to do, and when I got home, I followed his simple instructions and viola, my laptop was cured. Thank you, Greg!

My hard drive died and I just wasn't ready to buy a new computer! After talking with Greg, I took my all-in-one in to Tri-City. He replaced my old hard drive with a new SSD, installed Windows, performed full diagnostics and had it all up and working again for me the same day! And for a very reasonable price! Greg is very personable, highly skilled and a very honest guy. Future computer problems? I’ll definitely take mine to Tri-city.

Tri-City, my new resource for every computer-related need! I called all local computer stores to discuss reasons in my decision to either upgrade/update my old laptop or simply purchase a new computer for personal use. Greg at Tri-City was not only the only one to answer the phone directly (PC Works has some sort of triple-tiered voice mail system - which made me hang up before ever reaching anyone!), but was very real from the start, incredibly practical and spoke at my level of understanding without having to ask a slew of questions. Once in the store, you will know this is a man who knows his business and knows what his customers want and need. You just need to experience this for yourself! This was the first completely painless experience I have ever had within this purview. It was actually quite fun! In the end, I did get a new computer and I was able to navigate through everything needed with his assistance in the store. The man is incredibly knowledgeable, witty - and for a business man, ethically sound. I recommend; I endorse Tri-City to anyone who is seeking the perfect computer at the best price! My resource for PC info and repairs. Just off Rt 69 at Navajo and East on frontage road; these guy's know their stuff and are fair and honest. Lot's of lo cost refurbished equipment too!
