Tri-State Neurology: Muhammad Nayer, M.D., Henderson NV

I’m very disgusted and disappointed with the experience I just had at this office. Not only was the reception is rude, but she offered no apology or explanation for time wasted. However she positioned herself as the authority of the front desk. I scheduled an appointment on October 8, for October 11. The appointment was scheduled online, and an email confirmation was received. However, when I get to the office. I was advised by reception that it was a “request” and not an actual appointment. I was told that I would receive a confirmation call, which I have yet to receive. At this point, I have a standing appointment for October 25 which is three weeks after the initial request when you go online, it states there is an appointment on October 18. Perhaps someone to make that makes sense, I took off work and drove across town. I know no one cares, but I’d thought I’d let anyone that wants to know KNOW… 0/10, would never recommend.

Does anybody know how to get the billing department to return your call? I've been leaving voicemails for over 2 months now and no one returns my call. Dr. Nayer and his medical staff are warm and welcoming. I love them but the billing department leaves a great deal to be desired.

He is very hands on and gives you a lot more face time than any other MD I have been to here in Vegas since 2001
