Trilogy hookah lounge is by far the best hookah lounge for people living in Phoenix, Glendale and Scottsdale area. I have been to this lounge for 3 weeks on my visit to Glendale and their environment is awesome. Let me tell you about their mini hookahs, dont judge the size of it, they are great and smoke much better than Starbuzz hookahs. Their couches and tables are very comfortable. Its a great way to meet new people and socialize here. Their hookahs are flavorful and long lasting. Tim and Thomas, who are owners and work there, are very friendly, accommodating and always take care of your charcoals and they politely change your bowls if you dont like it per your satisfaction. Music is always on point and is never loud. They ask customers for their choice of music and movies they play. Come and support this new business. They will not let you down.

Tim and Thomas are fantastic. Great atmosphere. Good music. The hookah is amazing. A bowl can easily last a single person an hour or two. I'm usually there every week for about 5 hours and I only need 1 refill.

Unique experience. The music isn't too loud, the place is kept VERY clean. Couches are comfortable, lights are relaxing. The hookah comes out smooth and smokes nice. The staff is very friendly and attentive. This will be my new spot!

Hands down, the best hookah lounge I've been to in the Phoenix area. Customer service is though the roof, even going as far as supplying chilled beverages to customers. Tim, the owner, took his time greeting each guest and getting to know them personally. I would HIGHLY recommend Trilogy, and look forward to going back!

I drove from Gilbert to try this one out and this is definitely the best one in the valley that I've been to. Great environment and the service was even better. I recommend anyone to try it out.

Ive been to this lounge 3 times all the way from Gilbert AZ and I keep coming back for a couple of reasons. The pricing is more than fair, the variety of flavors, the attention to detail, comfortable seating, entertainment (TVs and Music), refreshments, but mainly cuz the people who run this operation make me feel more than welcome. I will be back! Keep up the great work Trilogy!
