Trinity Hearing Center reviews
7Dr Lynn is awesome. It’s hard for anyone who struggles with hearing loss but especially difficult if you are “younger”. Dr Lynn helped me try the Lyric device and while ultimately I had to go to standard devices it was a good bridge to show me what I had been successfully ignoring for way too long.
I’m on a road trip from out of state and my hear aids stopped working. Trinity Hearing Center was able to get me in quick to see if they could help. Dr. Lane was extremely nice and able to determine the problem. Thanks for the support!
Everyone at Trinity Hearing seem willing to do what ever it takes, to make my hearing aides fit and adjust sounds to my likes.they don't make me feel rushed, while they make needed adjustments.
Thank you for keeping me comfortable while you take care of my needs.
I just got fitted for a new set of hearing aids from Trinity Hearing Center. As always, Dr. Lynn was a pleasure to work with. She explained things thoroughly and spent all the time I needed helping me tune up my hearing aids to my satisfaction. I’ve been a patient of of Dr. Lynn’s for over ten years and have continuously received the best care I’ve ever had through those years. Trinity provides one brand of hearing aids only. It is a leader in current technology, and Dr. Lynn and her staff keep up-to-date with their knowledge and application of that technology.
I went here for hearing tests in October 2020. My normal healthcare provider said that I probably needed hearing aids due to my eardrum trauma. When I went for my hearing test the male provider, Dr. L*ne, was very short with me when I asked questions. After my test he stated that hearing aids were not necessary. I have horrible tinnitus in my ear with trauma in it and I asked for some sort of relief from the constant ringing. Dr. L*ne said that tinnitus can be affected by many things, including diet. I am a bigger woman due to the medications I am on, and the fact that he insinuated that my tinnitus stemmed from my fatness baffled me. I felt like he was not listening to my concerns, so I went to see a different audiologist at a different location. That audiologist was extremely helpful, and she said that I DID need hearing aids for my tinnitus. Please do not come to Trinity if you need proper care.
Tested my son twice, said he was “inflating” results. My son had two other hearing tests with another two audiologists and also saw an ENT Dr. Has genetic hearing loss, and does need hearing aids. Same results as this location who said essentially my son was lying. If he can’t hear, he can’t hear! It’s ridiculous that I had to go through this many appointments just because of the opinion of the audiologist at this location. And my son NEEDS HEARING AIDS!
I personally didn't have a very good experience at all compared to the last location i had purchased hear aids. At the previous location i was called every couple months to see how i liked my hearing aid and for regular hearing tests, but i did not receive any of the above at this location. I could have called to schedule these, but i felt the same as i would at my primary care doctor. They call you and tell you to come in for a regular check-up. My personal feeling is if you spend $3,000.00 there should definitely be some after care. The information above is based solely on my personal experience. The next hearing aid purchase i make will definitely be better researched before buying
