Worst company ever! Worst customer service ever! DO NOT APPLY TO ANY OR THEIR COMPLEXES.

This company should not be in business. No ethics or morals. Fried at least three people I know without any reason or giving them a reason or notice to prepare.

I have been trying to help a client that the San Miguel Apartment turned her in for collection illegal pet charged, it is a service animal and protected in fair housing. No one returns calls. When to apartment at 11: 30 knock on office door said open a lady came upto the door and turned sign around to closed be back at 1: 00

These ppl would get zero stars if i could.i called about my refund of money because i was denied at 1 of there properties with 72 hrs and no one calls me back.and the girl at san martin apts are very unprofessional.jennifer said on aug 13th when i went in we had time to review website and app b4 they would start credit ck.she was rushing us out because it was closing time.she said we could do app leave holding fee and credit ck money but it would not process til we signed next day.
Well i got a call next day stating i was denied.i said i hadnt gave approval 2 run credit yet so how am i denied they kept saying i had bad credit.i would have 2 pay off.so i asked about my holding fee that day 8/14/18 they said until paperwork is all signed then it would take 30days b4 i get refund back.
Then when i went on 8/15/18 to finish papers girl jennifer said she over rided denal and i just needed prove of paying bad credit off i told her it was ok what about my holding fee she said she would see.
I called again to make sure on 8/18/18 my refund would be refunded she said no sorry it was over the 72 hrs and apt would b ready on 10/25/18 as i wished i said what what about refund?
She just kept going on and on i said i told u i wanted refund she just kept saying so ur saying you dont want apt i said i been told you that.then she said conversation was over and hung up on me.
THIS WOMEN AT SAN MARTIN ARE LIARS AND DONT KNOW WHAT THERE DOING. ONE OF THE LADIES LUNA ADMITTED THEY HAVE A BAD ROACH & SCORPION PROBLEM!
