Tripalink Tucson

By far the best apartment to live at in Tucson. Great building, amenities, staff, etc. The staff, as well as the maintenance team, are the best when it comes to handling all resident's needs in a timely manner. The location is pretty ideal as well; walking distance to University Of Arizona for those who are college students

I love living here! A great price and location for college students and young professionals. Glad I chose to live here and renew! The community is vibrant and welcoming, with plenty of opportunities to meet new people. The amenities are top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a sparkling swimming pool. The management team is also fantastic, always prompt and helpful with any issues or concerns. I couldn't ask for a better place to call home.

This is a place were They keep rooms in very poor condition. Manager is very hard to communicate with. My niece was living there until there was a shoting there just before. Parents dont trust this place to have the most valuable kids. Everything is on file about the shooting at this doorms.

Nice locations. It’s convenient for me to walk to campus. There are also plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby, which is great for grabbing a quick bite or meeting up with friends. The neighborhood is vibrant and full of life, with lots of events and activities happening all the time. I love being able to explore the area and discover new things. Overall, living in this location has been a great choice for me.

I was a tenant with Tripalink in year 2022, living in 1333 E Drachman. I had the pleasure of renting an apartment managed by Tripalink Property Management, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I signed the lease to my entire tenancy, their leasing team are very professional and has been nothing short of exceptional. From submitting maintenance requests to paying rent online, everything was streamlined and hassle-free. The property manager are very responsive. They have 24 hour emergency line and same day maintenance, which made the entire rental process incredibly smooth and convenient. If you're looking for a reliable and outstanding property management company, Tripalink is the one to choose. I'm grateful for my experience with them and would gladly rent from them again in the future.

This Management company is a joke. They dont care at all about their property on Drachman and Mountain in Tucson. I have left 6 messages for the Manger and more last year and can’t get a call back. Save your time and go somewhere else. They do not care at all.
