I’ve been going here for self defense lessons and honestly I’ve learned so much! They take the time to train you properly! It’s a very welcoming environment. I’ll be recommending this place to all the girls at my job and I’ll try to spread the word at my gym!

Coaches Jenny and Danielle are amazing! They are very patient and take the time to teach the right techniques.
My kids LOVE coming to class and I had the best time at self defense class!

Took their self defense class. Had so much fun, learned a lot of awesome survival moves, and felt very empowered! Instructors were very knowledgeable but broke it down for us, so easy to understand. Instructors created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere and made it feel so safe for me to try new things without the fear of making mistakes or looking stupid. Highly recommend!

I really recommend True! Both my kids attend these Taekwondo classes and they LOVE it! Coach Danielle and Master Jenny are both great teachers! They are great with kids and make us parents feel welcome. Definitely a great place!

I've been going to True Atheltics since May, and I absolutely love it. I'm a first timer at taekwondo and Master Jenny and Coach Danielle have made my taekwondo journey enjoyable. I look forward to every class. Highly recommend.
