For those suffering from chronic pain, I recommend you try True Health! Not I only is the staff awesome, but the PA'S MA, 'S & DOCTORS make you feel like you matter no matter your age.

Everyone was very friendly and the service was wonderful. I definitely feel better after seeing Dr. Brimhall.

I have called 6 times in two different days during business hours, the first time she put me on hold for 4 minutes. Came back and found me in the system, I was just trying to make an appointment. She asked me if she could put me on hold for another few minutes and I said I’m just trying to make an appointment.

She said OK let me call you right back. She never called me back.

I called another 5-6 times between that day and today and not a single person answered the phone any of those times.

I’m onto another chiropractor now who answers the phone every single time when they are in the office. This is very very poor customer service. I love Dr. Holloway but I think he has no clue that the front staff is so disorganized.

They don’t even check for missed calls to call patients back. I’ve called two different numbers and it just rings and rings and rings, most of the time it doesn’t even go to voicemail.

Buh-bye!

You’re missing out on a lot of patients.

I have been so impressed with Dr Brimhall and Kathleen. They are very patient and caring. It was a refreshing change to tell a doctor all of my symptoms and not get either. "a deer in the headlights look " or be made to feel like it's all in my head. I am very happy to have found them.

My family and I have been patients of Brimhall Chiropractic for years with Doctors John and Brett working magic for us all. Their knowledge n expertise as well as their personal care is much appreciated by each family member. We highly recommend their services.

My mom and I love Dr brimhall and his assistant, Christine! They are both so sweet and make sure we're always relaxed. Christine ran a stress test for me because of a small skin breakout that I thought was ringworm at first but then it went numb. The test showed high levels of "brown recluse &/or black widow". I later found out that it was a brown recluse bite. I would have never figured it out!

I have had my lower back, allergies and digestive system healed through the True Health team and practice. My daughters have received true health care for their injuries and I am currently receiving intensive care for hips and knees.

The doctors and team actually listen, treat and physically work on you. Your care and recovery or healing is constantly number one and consistently communicated about and checked on. The team becomes more like family. I have never been so delighted to have medical treatment because I know I will not leave with a diagnosis, I will receive treatment and care with a plan and end with recovery and improvement of areas that once seemed unfixable.

I love this place! If I could have rated it 10/10 I would have. A little pricey but totally worth the $$$. When they say all inclusive health facility, they mean it! Everything from normal checkups with a nurse practitioner, chiropractic, massage, acupuncture AND MORE!

When I started at True Health, I had lots of random aches and pains that I couldn’t explain. I started off with just doing injections and could almost immediately tell a difference in how i felt. After a few months I began a program involving nutrition assistance, chiropractic adjustments, and massage therapy. These further improved the way that I was feeling. I can tell that the staff at True Health Medical actually care about my progress and how I am feeling each and every day.

So I go into Doc Brimhall for my first time visit. I've been to an outstanding kinesiologist regularly for MANY years in Pennsylvania and know what to expect.

Well, ok. So I unpacked my current wellbeing and told him of an issue I'm having. He was right on it.assessed the findings in the x-rays & MRI, blood work I brought along, then went to work on me. (Any arm wrestlersout there? Doctor B can hold his own!)

He knows right where the pressure points are located and targets everything ailing you to give you a good workout that can turn about your condition. He's very good at pinpointing what's causing what, and addressing it thru a deep knowledge base of info AND manipulating what needs manipulated to get you feeling good again.

Looks like I'm gonna be in it for the long haul to fix a mobility issue, but Doc's got this. -From insightful and effective techniques to the use of specified equipment to knowing what nutritional supplements are best for you, this guy knows his stuff.

You've got to go see him to experience wellness & wholesomeness! I give him a star rating.

I have had the best experience with Dr. Brimhall and his staff. The amount of attention he gives to your concerns/conditions is not something you find anymore. I happily drive an hour for treatment from across the valley.
