Had my first experience with this company yesterday at my new home. Josh was wonderful, he was very detailed and answered all my questions. Looking forward to working with them going forward.

True Home Maintenance is the absolute best! I had 2 other air conditioning companies come out before them and they said they couldn’t help me with my air conditioner and they didn’t seem to want to deal with my home warranty (Fidelity) even though Fidelity was the ones that sent them out! Then True Home Maintenance was the 3rd company to come out to my home & they went above and beyond to get me a new AC replacement since my unit was over 35 years old and was not repairable. Their professionalism and communication and reliability was excellent! Even though it took a long time for my home warranty to approve the replacement, True Home Maintenance continued to call them and give me updates! Highly recommend this company!

UPDATE- THIS COMPANY LIED ABOUT MY SERVICE. SHOW ME PICS OF CRACKS ON THE LID. YOU RUINED MY CARPET I AM JUST WARNING OTHERS.

Through our home warranty we had this company out to service our washer. After looking at the service codes and tearing into the washer.decision was to replace the rods. Some info the washer was stopping and throwing error codes. So anyway rods were replaced, that night we ran it and it flowed over and threw water out.causing a flood in our hallway and spare room. Owner or Manager could of cared less.they brought out a carpet cleaner.who told us this won't help since it had been soaked all the way through. By the way if rods are installed incorrectly I found out it can throw it off balance and do what it did. However I warn Hiring this company.if it does go bad they won't help, and might cost you other repair costs. I am surprised of the ratings as high as they are maybe they should just stick with AC repairs. However management at this company is horrible so watch out. They never once apologized. I had condensation falling from the roof to my front door. I called my warranty company Fidelity National Home Warranty and they sent out True Home Maintenance Air Conditioning & Heating LLC

Ryan, the technician, arrived 7/19 around 4pm he connected into a pipe that was intentionally disconnected without checking the integrity of the pipe. Around 1am that night water was leaking through my son's bedroom. I called the warranty company again and they sent the same guy out. The damage was done to the ceiling in my son’s bedroom. The technician stated that he did not check the integrity of the pipe before forcing water through it and connecting into the pipe. According to Ryan, he said the pipe broke from the work that he did causing the leak.

On his second visit 7/20 Ryan stated he would talk to his company to see what they can do about damages but that it is up to his company to decide if they would fix the damage. He said in order to fix the initial issue I had to pay an additional $180. He also stated that he would provide pictures and notes of what he did.

As of 8/19, I still have yet to receive any pictures or notes detailing the work Ryan completed. I spoke to the owner Chris and he’s not taking any responsibility for it. Chris also stated that he would not send me notes or pictures because those belong to the warranty company.

The initial problem remained. Water continued to leak towards the front door. On the 3rd visit 7/21 two different men were sent out to complete the initial job that Ryan was supposed to do.

As a frontline worker who is devoted to serving the community, it saddens me to witness the lack of integrity True Home Maintenance Air Conditioning & Heating LLC has.

Chris and his team at True Home Maintenance are the BEST in the business! They fixed my problem and cleaned up so quickly and efficiently. They were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC and appliance needs!

The owner him self is coming out to inspect the AC at the house I rent to make sure it's running properly I had concerns that I didn't feel where met by other company's so to ensure I get a good quality inspection he decided to come out himself thank you

True Home Maintenance is awesome! When we called they answered sending Travis out the same night within an hour after we called worried about our AC leaking and causing a mess. In no time he had it diagnosed installed a safety trap so it wouldn’t happen again and got us squared away for a great price. Could not recommend them enough.

Chris and Trina’s team are honest and skilled, a pleasure to interact with. Chris discovered the company that installed our system 18months before had made serious errors and there had nearly been a fire. He made my home safe. They maintain my HVAC and appliances now and I feel safe because I can trust him and his team.
