Customer service is great but do not buy the roll one.
I did the 5g for $75 of mix and match
Shatter was straight distillate even if put In the freezer would not turn to shatter.
Rso each syringe was at 0.5 - 0.7 on the syringe not even near the one gram mark.
Butter was the only item good and worth it.

Pie was one of the most accurate and essential people there she give me the most information that anybody could have she’s a true value at the store, and her customer service is exquisite. She knows exactly what she’s dealing with and how to present it.

I drove over an hour to get there. The products I asked for were unavailable so he brought out a different brand for me to look at. He told me that they contained the same amount of thc, which one of the bags did. Upon further inspection when I got home, the other bag contained cbd gummies. Very disappointed that a employee could not tell the difference between the two. Will go to Tucson from now on.

Super clean, always friendly. Love that they were able to make a special deal for medical patients (20% that’s stackable!) it really shows that management listens and cares about their patients feedback.

Don't regard anything that the RAM account is posting for reviews as they are the ex General Manager who got fired from the company. They offer excellent customer service and have a wide variety of options to select from. They do honor and respect Vets and handicap customers. They even offer a Vet discount. Some of the employees are even Vets themselves. They do use the handicap register to assist customers. It is a very clean store and a great environment. They now even offer a discount for MMJ Card holders! All in all, I recommend this place over all the companies that are in the surrounding areas.

Huge fan of cannabis and good customer service, you won't get good service here.

Awful to vets and especially wounded vets, refuse to use their handicap register to assist handicap, the GM said "it was to much on an inconvenience to use the lower register. " Imagine saying that to a handicap person or wounded vet.

Place is never stocked they always have to go in back to get stuff.

Employees are getting high in parking lot/field. While they violate state laws are nazis to the customers about the enforcing laws.

GM is known for trying to pickup on your woman right in front of you or if you go to bathroom.

Place is always dirty, lazy, high employees.

Cashiers are known for walking out on you if you ask to many questions or they are coming down.

Occasionally you will hear management instructing staff to leave good reviews about themselves, that tells you everything you need to know. One manager even bragged about his mom leaving reviews for him.

The GM says "where else you gonna go" and treates the customers that way. Well now customers have choices.

Go to story dispensary in Bisbee or place in Sonoita it's worth the drive.

Don't support a company that dumps on vets, wounded vets, handicap and disrespects their customers, then dares you to go somewhere else because you had no options.

Unfortunately Trulieve got sloppy with their short lived monopoly.

So disappointed. Went in knowing I wanted 1/2 Oz sativa and 1/2 Oz indica. I asked for a price and product list and was immediately directed to the deal of the day, 2 of 3.5 g orange bomb #8. The associate was not able to answer many of my questions.

I must say that truelive have redeemed themselves I had a problem there many moons ago but they fixed it, the girl pie that works there is just the best she is super friendly and very knowledgeable, and when she is my budtender I always leave with a smile she is great, hit them up and then check PAPA COURTNEY on youtube for some great music go get some smoke and then relax with the papayoutube,

Pie is amazing I was in 10/8 (I know late rater) she helped me find exactly what I needed! Honestly all the staff their was amazing!

Truelieve is a wonderful place the associates here at this location are really friendly, also there service here are top tier!

Dispensaries are not suppose to relabel products, which you can clearly see has been done to these vapes. The original label states it is Apricot, but the label was covered over with White Cherry. Also the state requires a thc sticker which is not present on all of the products. I will not be using this dispensary because I no longer trust the validity or safety of the items being sold.
