It's tuff when they have things on special and they can't sell them or they don't have any. It's been kind of frustrating for sure lately. No point system like most other dispensaries. I have been having to shop other places.

Employees are not knowledgeable about their products. They will send you to the back too wait in line for like an hour, even if you order online because they are short staff. Customer service is horrible. This will be my last visit here. I’m so upset about waiting for an hour when I ordered online so I could avoid long lines.

Normally this place has been great. However today I ordered 2 wildberry COLORs vape pens for BOGO. Got home and the sticker was halfway off, showing the true flavor, strawnana. I mean, it's fine. They are all virutally the same but dang! If they lie about this, what else are they lying about.

Website doesn't really work. The 2 girls in the back were absolutely dead inside. I mean I know your a really cool "budtender" but like, would it kill you to smile or provide any information whatsoever? Like two angry goth chick's mad to be there. I didn't even think goth chick's were a thing anymore Deals weren't great. Products were so so. Not impressed.

Good deals and employers that can answer your questions and get you in and out don't for to sign up for they deals

I've been coming to this dispensary for years, but after dealing with the meanest budtender I have ever encountered; I will never be coming back. I don't know the gentleman's name but he was at the online order counter when I arrived about 8: 15 am.

Tori is the best butender I have ever encountered. Her kindness, knowledge, and ability to empathize allows her to help people in an authentic way. When I came in, I had no idea what I wanted. I explained to her what I liked, needed, and didn't like. Thank goodness, she helped me navigate that process. She went on to recommend products for me based on my desires, and as a bonus, she had also tried those products and enjoyed them herself. I decided to purchase her recommendations and they were perfect. I can't thank her enough because with her help, I was able to recover from surgery without using any narcotics. Tori is an invaluable asset to Trulieve and it will always be my preferred dispensary. Trulieve is the go-to destination for top-notch assistance and care.

If i put my special instructions it should be followed by policy, i requested my shatter be indica and not sugar wax, 20$ lyft ride later im at the register and of course its bogus product thanks for ensuring i dont shop at this location.

People are nice but slow service. Went ahead and placed a pickup order and they still had me wait in long slow line. Totally defeats the purpose of online pickup order.

This place is awesome. Never have long wait lines for online orders.
