Frustrated dealing with all Truwest.member for 25 years. They make it hard to get any thing done. Mail payments 14 days ago and still has not posted. Called and excuses never been late but in Dec ended up one day late. They are ruining my credit and the higher ups never Respond.

Beau was very helpful, and they got me setup with a bank account quickly. I am excited to bank through them and find the online banking and app banking to be extremely user friendly.

The closed my account without any notice. They did nothing to fix the problem. The only thing they did is make it worse. They withdrew money that went no where. The tracking numbers for my money were always incorrect. Don't try and call customer service.talk about a run around. I am in tears constantly dealing with truwest

I had been using the branch in the shared branch system and decided to open an account. It was an easy and enjoyable experience. I would recommend this location to any and all.

The branch staff are great and the location is convenient to the Loop 202 entrance. The branch has also recently completed interior and exterior upgrades that include new carpeting, bathroom remodels and work stations that are created to be more functional for all customer services. This branch is committed to quality service and care. The direct communication and support provided by staff convinced me to open a personal savings and checking account with them.

I love the feel and experience of a small bank. These guys are very personable and relationships orientated. I shopped several lenders for a recent mortgage and they had the best fees and offered the lowest rates.

Opened an account quickly and left with a freshly printed debit card and a direct deposit form for my payroll department. Great quick service and up to date technology. Would recommend!

This place is a joke at every aspects of banking especially on auto loans if you have auto pay if the loan is paid off they still took the payment out on a loan that is paid off. Your system sucks and will never use this place again.

All of the employees have a good attitude and I am very happy with their service. The Branch Manager went above and beyond to help me and took the time to answer all my questions on issues with my vehicle.

So I tried to change my automatic payment for my truck and I called to have it delete it since I have a new account, they told me the only way they can do it is to charge me 30.00 dollars just to click a button that says delete. What a bunch of crooks. I guarantee you I will never deal with this institution and I will never recommend anybody to bank with them.

The worst customer service ever, they are the bigest pain to deal with. WOULD NOT USE THEM FOR A CAR LOAN! EVEN IF THEY WERE THE LAST BANK ON EARTH I WOULD WALK TO WORK.

I like this credit union but I hate that their ATM is constantly broken these past few months. Please get a new one or something!

Terrible business! Gave me false information regarding a loan on a vehicle that messed up a vehicle sale and title. The tellers are extremely rude and the manager is even worse! On top of that they are all stupid and don't know there own policies and continue to act like they are correct. They debited my account twice in error and blamed it on me! I'll be taking this to the BBB!

I love this bank they know me by name they are respectful and honest, I would recommend this to all my family and friends seeing the bad reviews here is shocking but I have never had a bad experience here I will say there call center is not the best half of the time the call reps will not know what they are saying but that's with most banks.

Great service. Home loans and refis are slow. Had to extend both times I used them and both times they had paperwork issues upon close causing further delays. But for day to day banking they are great.
