Tyler went above and beyond getting my roof replaced. We had a really bad wind storm that blew off half my roof. Insurance was taking a long time to accept the replacement. I put my full trust in TSM Roofing to take care of everything. Wow, not only did they get me a new roof, but an upgraded roof. We scheduled a date to replace and they were done same day. I am very impressed and they kept a clean area around my home.

Their crew showed up as scheduled, tarped everything to catch any debris, scraped everything down to decking and replaced all the damaged sheating. Jake kept me informed about everything they were doing and they were finished in less than 8 hours.

Absolutely as good as one can expect. From initial quotes to cleanup, all very professional and top notch. My 50 square roof is complex with many gables and valleys. TSM accommodated my special requests without issue. With 20 roofers, job was easily completed in one day - amazing! Their clean-up was perfect as were noteworthy features like new vent covers that were repainted to match shingles. Though not based in Payson, their quote was significantly lower than local firms. Dustin, my superintendent and main contact, returns calls promptly, was so professional, accommodating, and informative. I am so glad I chose TSM. They are beyond 5 stars!
