Tucson Central Pediatrics

Dr Rama is great… Although that wont make up for the terrible front desk service… Every time I call the office I’m placed on hold immediately. Literally never fails and is usually a 20-30 minute hold. And this has been an ongoing issue for 5 months so it’s nothing new. They either need to hire more staff or just done care… currently wasting my work break on hold…: (

I always (every time!) got on hold when I give them a phone call. Can't they hire more people to take phone calls? The worst time, I got on hold for half an hour and then was told no doctors can see my son who got pink eye because they are short of doctors! Then why do they take so many patients if they don't have enough doctors when their patients are sick? My only guess is that they want more patients for money, but when they can't handle that much of patients, they just ask you to ER. Ridiculous!

I won't recommend them to any of my friends!

I found this practice through my insurance. We’ve been with other pediatricians before and this is certainly our best experience. The clinic is nice and inviting. The nurses and assistants are very kind and patient, very patient in fact. Dr. Rama was excellent. Great bedside manner and very clear in her explanations about everything that we need. Thank you for your work everyone.

All three of my kids been patients here for the past 7+ years, great customer service and very professional medical staff, just love it!

We recently switched over here and have loved it. Little to no wait times, clean and organized, and the doctors and staff have all been kind. We see Dr. Hom and he has wonderful bedside manner. Highly recommend!

I am so saddened to leave a negative review of the office because we love Dr Eldridge but I am truly just disappointed in their patient care right now. I've been waiting since 7am to get my daughter a telehealth appointment for cough, sore throat, headache just to be told at 8 AM that they can't do a 5 minute telehealth to order a covid test. I get that people need time off but why can't there be protocols in place so that kids who sick can still be seen? I just hope that maybe this can be used to look at existing short fall and possibly help another child down the road.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Hom since she was 1month old. He is a part of the only office I entrust with her care. He and his associates quickly caught her disease that required in hospital treatments. I am forever grateful for Dr. Hom and his dedication to treating his patients.

I even don’t know where to start of how happy my husband and I are to found Dr Rama in our kids life.
When we had our first kid we were at Banners and it was a total NIGHTMARE; as a new parent you want everything for your kids and my first son was born with some health issues that they never where able to explain. So we heard from other Dr about Dr Rama and from there the process has been nice and soft; my son had his surgeries and Dr Rama always knows everything about his health. Now that we have a new baby she is his pediatrician too and as soon as he came to his first visit she knew everything about the labor. My words and my family can’t express how much we appreciate your help through all this process. Thank you!

Been going to Central Pediatrics for 6 years now. Love the staff very friendly. Dr Rama is amazing with my kids. Very thorough, kind and gentle. Highly recommend her to everyone I know!

I’ve been bringing my kids here for years, I absolutely love Dr Rama. She’s always so kind and my kids love her. Now I have 3 granddaughters that also see her they also love coming never have any fears. Definitely recommend this office the staff is alway welcoming when you walk in as well.

Everytime i call someone answers and ask me to please hold.i will call 10 mins after they open andwill still be asked to hold.like they are not that busy.one day i called to make an appoinment and when i got there the lobby was empty and they still asked people who called in to hold! Like why are you guys always asking people to hold and you have no one in the lobby?

We went to Tucson Central Pediatrics for all three of our kids when we lived in Tucson and loved it! We saw Dr. Rama and she was so amazing. She really cared for our kids and also I felt like us as parents as well. She knew I was a working mom and was a nurse and made sure to ask how I was doing both with the kids and in my professional life. She was very caring and so wonderful, the only reason why we left was because of a move! Also the office would always get us in within the day if we called for an appointment! They were always so wonderful to work with. We love Tucson Central Pediatrics and Dr Rama!

Tucson central pediatrics treats its patients good that is what I experienced. As a new mom I was so scared to choose a pediatrician to my first baby girl in a new city.but, found this wonderful place and people. Dr. Rama was our doctor.she was so good and very compatible as a family doctor to us and our baby.everything is fast and easy process.the front desk staff are good too in making easy our appointments. I could see oly one doctor as per our preference. I surely recommend Dr. Rama.

Our family have been patients of Dr. Robert Hom for over twenty one years. The quality and compassionate care my four children have received is always excellent, I can't recommend Tucson Central Pediatrics or Dr. Hom highly enough. Dr. Hom and his staff go over and above to provide a positive and well rounded clinical visit, every time.
