Phenomenal and I've had a lot of chiropractors. Even the very expensive one I had in Arcadia/Scottsdale wasn't as good. Electric massage table, theragun all the tools too. Ill drive 40 minutes to see him again soon.

I came to Dr. Cross a year ago and now again with several family members after a serious car accident. I've been to other chiropractors In the past who never seemed to quite fix the issues. But Dr. Cross is very thorough and uses many techniques to make his patients feel better. I also appreciate his use of xrays and sharing his findings with his patients. On a personal note, he has a great sense of humor and great bedside manner.

Dr. Cross is amazing! He is incredibly knowledgable and exudes a passion to educate his patients about taking good care. He is extremely efficient and his office provides hours that are accommodating to all individuals. I highly recommend Dr. Cross to anyone looking for relief from an injury or simply to sustain good body health and maintenance through chiropractic care.

Excellent chiropractor! I was recovering from 2 surgeries and not feeling great emotionally and physically. The atlas adjustment, and activator on my spine helped soooo much. It is so nice to be recovering and not in the pain I was in!

Great chiropractor, after only a few visits my headaches that were almost daily have become few and far between. I appreciate that he wanted x-rays done before doing adjustments on my neck so he could see where each bone is and explains why he does everything.

I began seeing Alan Cross shortly after my car accident. I was unable to enjoy quality of life due to my lower back and wrist pain. I appreciated that he had me get an x-ray before beginning to do any work on me, to identify my chiropractic needs.
I saw him three times a week to start, and my pain significantly decreased. He adjusted my sacrum and wrists. I was amazed at how quickly my pain dissipated. Each time I saw him, he used a different healing modality. I received treatment by an electric inversion recliner which stretched my spine and also provided a soothing massage, a hydro bed, patches which administered a low electric current around the affected areas and a plate that I stood on which vibrates at a high frequency to loosen up my back.
He is considerate and respectful. He is very knowledgeable concerning body mechanics and anatomy. I would highly recommend working with Alan for any chronic or lingering pain. You won't regret it!

Having accumulated a lot of spine and also nerve issues, I was feeling skittish about who to see; I couldn't quite find the person I felt comfortable with. I had a feeling when I met Dr. Cross that I'd found the right chiropractor for me, and I was so right.

Among other things, I had spent approximately four years with lower back pain that often caused me to limp. My back would "go out" on me easily. Dr Cross is the best chiropractor I have ever been to. Even though he’d never met me before, he quickly and accurately diagnosed my lower back pain issue and resolved it INSTANTLY with a few gentle adjustments. I went from having trouble even leaning over a few inches due to severe lower back pain, to being able to literally touch the floor with absolutely none. All this after ONE visit. I am forever grateful to Dr Cross for his competency as I can now give my regular chiropractors some direction if this pain ever returns. Dr Cross has so many certificates on the wall, I thought there were several practitioners in his office. But, there aren’t. He has pursued a career of lifelong learning and his walls are covered with the evidence of that pursuit. Prior to seeing Dr Cross I was seeing a different chiropractor more and more frequently until I was going twice a week for back and neck issues. I started seeing Dr Cross approximately a year ago. Immediately I saw a reduction in my pain and the number of visits required to manage my issues. I currently see Dr Cross about once a month. My migraine headaches are now few and far between. I have been diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis for about 2 years. Been to Neurologists, Orthopaedics, Hospitals, Urgent Cares numbers of time. It's been an awful painful experience and unfortunately they are quick to prescribe meds etc nothing worked but my symptons became so bad I was not able to work. Its broken me down mentally and affected me emotionally with anxiety and stress beyond. Doctor Cross is a blessing and within my evaluation he found the issue and was able to give me HOPE!
