My experience in Tucson Clinic has been very good, everytime that I have been there everyone has been very profess I'mional in all aspects, been treated with respect courtesy and care, keep the good work. I personally appreciate what all of you are doing for the wellbeing of other thank you very much and may the Lord keep you in his tender care always

I love this clinic! I've seen provider Maria Robles & Keeneth Babbitt and both are awesome and the same goes for the staff. All the ladies that work at this clinic are very caring and friendly starting from the front desk, to the clinic director. Excellent customer service.

If I could give this place a zero I would! They are constantly messing up my appointments. I've come for lab work only to have them tell me no one is there to do it that day. Sat in the lab area for almost an hour because they messed up the time and date as well. This last time they only gave me 7 months of my prescription vs the whole year. So I called and was told some one would call back. (They didn't) So I called back a week later. The office manager admitted they messed up and said someone would call that day. (They didn't) A Month later they call to confirm my appt. (I didn't make one) So I go in. The nurse tells me I'm there for a wellness check um NO I'm here because you guys can't add and put in the prescription correct! So I waited for the Dr another 30 min. He finally comes in at 12: 15pm. I got there at 10: 20am and my appt was at 10: 40am. He spends not even 4 minutes with me and walks out. I did get my refill but he didn't ask me if I needed anything else or come back in. Never again! Took over a month to get my medicine refilled that was their error! Should not have had to go in for that especially since I've been on this med for over 10 years! Thank goodness I didn't have a real issue.

Flatly this place requires better organization, we went to see if they could attend to my wife and it was 10am and they called her at 3: 20pm. They moved us to the room just to keep us waiting for another hour and when I asked they told me that I still needed to see another patient who was late

My experience at this clinic has been terrible from day one. I initially asked for radiology test for some abdominal pain I have, I was dragged along for 3 months and after my 3rd visit was able to get a Dr’s. Referral. After my 3rd visit the staff said they would call and notify me that my insurance had approved or not. After 6 six weeks from my last visit I was never called. I called in to see what the deal was and no one knows what’s happened. Yet if they need a change of provider on your insurance file they’ll have that done in 10 minutes. I suggest you take your time to find a different clinic/medical provider even if you have to drive a bit further, that will provide good ethical medical standards and services. They’re extremely overbooked and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time and put your health in jeopardy visiting this clinic.

I absolutely love my provider, Jordan Nightingale. She is thorough and personable. BUT the clinic is TRASH! It should not take an hour to verify insurance information and then an additional hour to be seen. I went in for two different appointments and had the same wait time experience. I have been with the clinic for over a year and getting refills on medication is HARD even if they tell you it will have refills they will send it to the pharmacy with no refills. They will schedule appointments without your knowledge and will schedule you appointments and just give you dates like I don’t have a job & responsibilities. Most clinics will have you check out in the end to schedule appointments needed from my experience. I am an incredibly patient person but I am now looking for a new clinic as I can’t continue to deal with terrible service and long wait times.

Excellent service from the girl who assisted me today in my blood draw and other vaccinations for my immigration process. I was delighted with his attention. I recommend the clinic. I wish I knew the girl's name to make it public here.

If I could give a no star I would. 5/1/23 no answer to reach out to get an appointment, I ended up at the ER that day. 5/11/23 no Internet in the clinic and I am not able to talk to anyone and I have an emergency situation. Referral department is very un professional they do not follow through sending procedure authorizations to insurance. I’ve been waiting since 5/4/23. I called my insurance 5/9/23 and they said they have NOT received anything, I called clínica médica and they assured that they did send it and that it was even approved by my insurance. I Called insurance again 5/11/23 and they still have not received anything and clínica médica has no internet to help me. Not to mention they forgot I was waiting in the lobby to be seen for almost two hours. They have no empathy for their patients pain and time.

If I could give it a no star I would. Horrible rude staff. NP Wade Hunsaker didn't check file to see my labs & was requesting more labs, didn't want to give me a referral to see a chiropractic and refused to give me a referral to the pain management center & a facial surgent for a broken nose, said he didn't feel I needed it after making me have an x-ray first and the x-ray results came back that I had several nasal bone fractures with minimum displacement. Very unprofessional and inhumane, I'm still in pain but not as much as I was when I first went to see him. I did report it to the board hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC OR WADE HUNSAKER!
