Mr. Gerrish came to my home to inspect a grandfather clock that was not chiming the correct number of strikes each hour. He identified the problem, clearly explained to me what was wrong, and why it was happening. Then he gave me several options of how to fix the problem all the way from a “Band-Aid” fix to replacing the entire clockworks, as well as the costs associated with each fix. He also gave me his best estimate as to how long each type of fix would last. Mr. Gerrish was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and fair-priced. If, and when, the time comes for me to need additional repairs on my grandfather clock, I will not hesitate on calling Tucson Clock Repair again. He did a wonderful job and I was very pleased with his work.
