If I could have given zero stars I would have. Veronica and Erica were so awful that I left without even seeing a Dr. Well, I saw him and he couldn't care less. Def a bad experience all around. Practice manager was decently rude as well.

Dr Dean has done a wonderful job removing the fluid in my ear twice. The second time he put in a tube—now i can hear! The first time it hurt a tiny bit and he felt to sad about it, i wanted to hug him. A very kind and competent doctor.

Dr. Ostrom is AMAZING! She dramatically changed my quality of life. I saw her for a Septoplasty and had a great experience. She made me feel very comfortable, I always knew I was in good hands. I can finally breathe well through my nose thanks to Dr. Ostrom.

Most unpleasant experience with Dr. David Parry. Even though they canceled my appointment without notification and rescheduled me three months later, I had an expectation because they have wonderful reviews and nice facilities.

Dr. Parry was such a disappointment. I am military family so I am moving around many states and met many ENT doctors. Not only he didn't review the audiograms and CT scan results that I submitted, but he also yarned and looked at his watches all the time. The information he gave me was nothing new and very general anybody can find it on the internet in 3 seconds.

The word Profession is not right for him. Don't waste your precious time with someone like him.
