I I have to say my granddaughter had an appointment at 3: 45 and I made sure that we arrive 15 minutes early because it was her first appointment there to fill out the paperwork. We sat in the lobby for over an hour waiting to be called back and then the doctor comes in for about a minute didn't introduce himself looked in her throat and said yep those got to go and left!

Dr. Chastain is an excellent ENT Doctor. Takes the time to discuss and decide on the proper care. I would highly recommend him to all patients and to future patients.

In my opinion, Dr. Soderberg is an excellent doctor, both in always friendly treatment with the patients, as well as in the wide and deep knowledge of his specialty, taking all the necessary time in the analysis of the patient's health problems, explaining in a pleasant way everything that must be done to achieve the recovery of the patient's health, in my case, I am very grateful to Dr. Soderberg and happy to have fully recovered my health.
It is important to note that I have always received courteous treatment from all staff who works at Ear, Nose & Throat.
For all the above, I recommend this place, with the assurance that all patients will feel very satisfied and happy with the full recovery of their health.

PCP saw a hole in my ear and Dr Wu saw what really there, not a hole. I was so excited that it was nothing. Staff was nice and friendly and Dr Wu was spot on. Good experience for me.

1st, clinic was easy to find. The doctor knew what to look for and was very thorough in his examination. The xray was very clear and explained in detail to me. Great service from the office staff as well. Really earned a 5 star rating.

I have been a long time patient of this group due to treatment that I have received. Dr Statagoulias has always been a teaching physician & insures that you understand what is going on with you & how he plans to treat it.

Dr. Perry is a great doctor. Unfortunately he is always over scheduled and wait times in his office are unreasonable. Both times I had an appointment for my son we waited in the waiting room for over an hour past our appointment time. Then another 30-40 minutes once we were taken back to an exam room. So ultimately our 10 minutes with the doctor took about two hours of waiting with a toddler.

This was my first visit to Tucson ear nose and throat office and I was very impressed. All of the employees are very professional, efficient, and friendly. As a new patient the process to complete all required information was very efficient! I was seen right away once I completed all necessary information. I highly recommend this office.

Front staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Ostrom was exceptional and professional, she made her diagnosis and followed up with recommendations and a referral. A very good experience overall!

My son who is a MD advised me to see these people. They were all more than what I expected Very professional and did not waste anytime doing what had to be done. I highly recommend these people.

They were all nice, the front desk and back desk. The Dr.hu was knowledgeable and informative. He was very nice as well and the tech to take my hearing test, was very nice.

Called and waited 90 minutes to setup an appointment. Had to wait 3 months for said appointment. Then I waited for an hour and half to be seen after my appointment time. Terrible front office and customer service!

I was glad I made the appointment to check my hearing aids. Stephanie tested my batteries and changed them, evaluated my aids, instructed me how to place them and now I can hear fine.

From check-in to departure, this staff was wonderful! I mostly use herbal remedies for my illnesses. The staff here was open to that while, most “western” practices scoff at or shame patients who use wholistics for preventative care. Check-in staff was friendly and helpful. Doctor and nursing staff were knowledgeable, empathetic, and listened. They made excellent recommendations and put my fears to rest. Auditory staff was excellent! Funny and friendly- made me feel relaxed when I took the test. As a high strung person, that’s not always easy to do!

I am also self-pay and was expecting a bill three times higher than I received. All in all, this was a five star visit! Thank you all for making it pleasant.

I have been a patient for over 20 years. Dr Soderberg has been my physician for most of that time. I have ear issues and he has helped me manage them successfully. My wife sees Dr Stratigouleas and is also very happy with his care.

I am very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism. Dr. Ostrom took the time to really understand every concern I was addressing and was compassionate! She made me feel comfortable and followed up with me. Highly recommend!
