Everytime it makes me do the call back option to talk to someone and then no one ever calls.
I had to email verify to set up service and they still spelled my name wrong now I can't log in to pay because nothing matches. TEP is such a joke.

I would give minus 5 stars absolutely the WORST Electric company I have ever dealt with especially customer service agents who answer phones. I want you to know you chose your job and if you don't like it QUIT and STOP! Taking out your frustrations on customers you are rude every time I call no matter who answers. I would switch companies in a heart beat but we are stuck with this one. I never seen a company who treat their customers this bad read your reviews ugh.

Aaargh! - wasss up? - 400 dollar a month bills in a pandemic-then they shut your power off even if u can pay in 1 week- evil!

If I could make this negative, I would. They pushed me to expose people to covid to make sure I went to pay my account. I was sick as a dog with covid and called for a few days of leeway and all they did was push me to make sure I went to get it paid that day whether it put others health in jeopardy or not. I wish their were other options of electric companies to use instead of allowing them to monopolize this area. I am not surprised at how bad their rating is.

I would rate a zero if I could. Horrendous customer service. They know that there are no options to change electric companies so they are able to treat their customers horribly because they aren't able to go elsewhere

Thank You for your wonderful service! In the middle of last night (12-18-22)
power failed in the area of Cortaro and Silverbell. Your response and restoration of service so quickly is grately appreciated! Please share with staff.

I called today to setup new service. CSR. Alicia was extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I was extremely impressed with the speedy friendly service I received today. Give that young lady a promotion! Good help is hard to find.

I have family that has worked for Tucson gas and electric for so many years. And I have so much respect for a lot of their family! When it comes to family they suck.
Your lineman Brian Marino claims he’s God when it comes to caring for his children he’s a Failure. He chooses a woman, and sends his Children to live with his wife s parents In Indiana complains of $400 a month! We have no problem caring for his children. But he should be ashamed of himself for the Abandonment. It’s too bad a big company like you cannot help! We will care for his children and provide for them as long as we can. They are elderly but we will prevail.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. They told me they located the outage and were working on it with a ETA of 11: 40. At noon still no power so I called back. I was told that they hadn't located the problem and had no ETA. As a paying customer I should be able to get honest and accurate information.

I don't understand all the negative reviews. I recently moved here, and after 6 weeks had to move apartments. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was kind and professional.

TEP has been great for us. The power is stable off the line and billing fine except for a hiccup that occurred during Covid. They corrected the problem quickly.

They have a monopoly on Southern Arizona yet I have more blips (brief power interruptions) than a 3rd world country. If Tucson was smart they would build their own power infrastructure and end the monopoly.

For a major company they keep having outages! And the outages last for hours or days at a time. They can't manage their grid at all. This is unacceptable. One time when the power went out it was over 108 degrees degrees outside. They don't care that you have to sit in your house with the outside Temps at dangerous levels for hours or days at a time because they sit in an air conditioned building. I guess we need to get used to rolling brown outs. Ridiculous!

Went to pay a bill in person downtown and treated me me like a thief rude. Then they told me this is a federal building ahhh yes TEP thinks so highly of themselves

The woman who was kind to try to help me out tried to connect me to a different area but hook me up with a robot I can understand if you're going to put me on hold but don't say you're going to switch me to a different department and then have me talk to a robot
