Tucson Endurance Performance Oracle - Bike & Triathlon Shop

Excellent experience at Endurance. I got a full tune and a few parts replaced and my 13 yr old bike feels great. Special shout out to Matt who worked with me on identifying options, so I could fix my bike at an affordable price.

Excellent above and beyond service, best bike shop I've been to. The staff helped with bike maintenance and riding training, definitely my new go-to store.

As a full time traveling couple we get to experience some amazing mtb trails all over the country. This also means that we have had more than our share of bike mishaps and visits to countless repair shops. We recently had my wifes FOX 34 rebuild by Dane at Guru Suspension. What a refreshing experience to work with someone who is knowledgeable, professional and obviously passionate about what they do. We can't thank you enough and you've just earned a customer for life! Thank you and keep it up!

Great shop. They are well stocked even in the pandemic times. Went to many other shops who don’t have nearly the selection. Peanut - that’s what he swears his name is.is a wealth of knowledge. He’s a talker but he’ll answer any question. They do consignment as well as new bikes. The number of brands they carry is astonishing. They also had the most high end types of bikes other than copper spoke whom we ended up buying bikes from and I’ll write my review separately. They are both great shops but currently it is hard to get mid-high end bikes in any regularity.

When we initially were looking for bikes they shows us what they had but unfortunately my wife needed something small. They really didn’t have her size and took our names down to call us when something came in. We kept shopping not because we didn’t love the store but because there just wasn’t any guarantee we would get a bike for quite awhile. Peanut even let my wife try his bike since they are close in size and offered to sell his if she really wanted it.

Most stores don’t have any bikes - new or used. Many stores had no idea when they would get bikes or said it might be months. Endurance has plenty of both just not exactly what we wanted at the time.

I have since brought our old hard tails back to do consignment so I don’t have to spend time trying to Craigslist it and I’m sure they will sell fast. I also brought them our old rack which I’m sure someone will have a use for!

They carry mountain, road and triathlon bikes and gear. They have Intense, Rocky Mountain, Pivot, Pinarello, and Cervelo brands just to name a few. Just a spectacular group and if you are looking for a solid shop with great selection and knowledge this is your place.

Really nice guys and helpful on a quick repair to get my wife’s Santa Cruz blur back on the trail.

The shop is great! Super friendly staff! I bought an inexpensive road bike to ride while in town for two months. The shop included an emergency kit that saved the day when I flatted on the trail 15 miles from the hotel. After my time in Tucson was up, the shop sold my bike and sent me the check in the mail - as painless as it gets. I may find myself repeating this process in the future - if I can find a shop like this one.

Tucson has something special with TEPC! I wish we had something similar in my hometown!

The two times I have come into the shop, the staff have been beyond attentive and more than willing to help. They could have very easily overcharged me but they were honest and fair. They both fixed and replaced a part for $10.

Hank was extremely nice, and knowledgeable! Gave me my options to fix the brake and other issues I had on my mountain bike. I haven't experienced such friendly and to the point staff like in this store. They are stocked with things! Which is awesome because a lot of places are pretty empty. 100 % recommended.

Highly recommend. They are very knowledgeable, great with kids, and deliver the highest quality of customer service you would want. #1 in my book.

Boyfriend broke a spoke on his 21 speed road bike yesterday. Called TEPC after my BIL suggested them over Oro Valley Bicycle. Though the quote to replace the spoke and trued the wheel was $5 more than OV; TEPC got it done and we picked up the NEXT day, when OV quoted a finish date to be 12-13 days later. For someone who rides 6 days a week and no back up bike, it was a no brainer to come here. Also, the customer service was top notch. Bryant was super helpful, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor to boot. We have definitely found our new store for cycling needs. My BIL told us to ask for Dane if he was working as he has always worked on BIL’s bike and has done a fantastic job. I asked the gentleman writing up our ticket if he was Dane and without missing a beat said, “nope I’m better looking! That’s Dane (pointing to Dane) ” Gotta love a sense of humor! Bryant you ROCK. Both are obviously good at what they do as my BIL has received good service and so have we. Would highly recommend TEPC to anyone for their cycling needs. Thank you.

Bent or had trouble with my rear derailer over at TMP today. Really great customer service, cool guys, and fixed it on the spot. I am in from out of town so could not wait for days to get fixed, as many other shops quoted me, (lots of riding to do!) so was very happy to get it fixed fast. Will come back for sure if I need other parts and stuff and next time I am in Tucson. Thanks guys!
