Excellent office: great staff- friendly and efficient! Dr Wright is great and when I had a concern after surgery, staff got me in immediately and I saw Dr. Zelaya.who was very thorough making sure allows OK!

I've been a frequent patient at Tucson Eye Care after dealing with eye issues and inflammation following conjunctivitis. I saw a handful of local eye doctors who were unable to help, and found Tucson Eye Care online. Even though I was a new patient, they were able to get me in right away with Dr. Siekert.

Dr. Siekert has monitored my progress this entire time and is everything you would want in a doctor: he's kind, knowledgeable, takes his time with you, and doesn't rush to prescriptions as a first resort. As my eyes began to heal, he could have sent me on my way, but he's continued to make sure my cornea is clear and has helped me get back into wearing my contact lenses.

The front desk staff and techs have also been wonderful (and I've seen them many times) :) I've had a very positive experience here.

Dr. Wright - Your scheduling shenanigans cost you a client. I wonder if you care

I am grateful for Dr. Wright's remarkable and amazing knowledge and surgical skill in taking care of my Cataract and Glaucoma's preventive measure and treatment procedures.

I am very happy with my experience at Tucson Eye Care. I experienced excellent testing, professional care, and courteous friendly staff. My questions were answered and I felt confident in my plan of treatment. I appreciate Dr. Wright's expertise. I highly recommend Tucson Eye Care!

Awful customer service! I do not recommend this business at all. Called the day before to confirm appointment and everything was good. Next day arrived and when I showed up not only did they say I didn’t have appointment but front desk was rude, cold, and unhelpful. To be treated so terribly without cause I can only assume that a small elderly Native American was not their kind of people. Businesses like this have no place here in AZ.

Called office and trying to explain significant pain and visual changes. I am a provider so I understand the importance of insurance. I explained I could give my insurance info which is what was requested by previous person I spoke to. Instead of taking she was were more concerned with me calling my insurance to see if they were in network when I was referred to them. In normal conditions I can understand, although this was not normal conditions. Pretty upset.
