Tucson Old Pueblo Credit Union at 9725 E Broadway reviews
11Always friendly helpful tellers. Belmont especially has gone out of his way to help me solve a problem with CURewards
Always friendly, great, and fast service from this location! Anytime I have issues with my account in the last few months, Matt and Nikki have been able to help me every time.
Great customer service every time I visit. They know and greet me by name every time I go and complete the business I need to do.
I recently just opened a new account this past week at the Broadway location and the lady who helped me was great! Also the young gentleman was nice when making my deposit. Both of them explained everything I needed to know to transfer everything over. I am transitioning my personal and even business account over to Tucson Pueblo eventually. Coming from Bank of America as a customer to a local credit union made me feel appreciated. I will continue to come here. Love the cozy feeling of the branch inside with the fireplace in all.
I gave 3 stars because I just opened my account with TOPCU so I don’t have much experience with them, BUT I opened this account because my current credit union is closed on Saturdays. TOPCU is right around the corner from me on Broadway near Harrison so I thought … “getting an account here will solve my Saturday issue” … only to find out this branch near me changed their hours and is also closed on Saturdays too. This is sad. I’m trying to avoid banks but with my favorite credit unions being closed on Saturdays (those near me) I might have to go with a bank?
A long time member. Just went to the bank at 8: 28pm to their drive thru ATM. Not one light for the drive thru, not one light by the ATM or around the bank. Why not care about your members safety? Why not make a safe environment where women can feel safe using your facility. All other banks/ credit unions are well lit to prevent theft and unsafe situations. Your facility and its choices are putting your members at risk. Please follow the standards that other banks have set for their valued members.
This is one of the best branches I have done my business with for a network credit union. I have a credit union in California and the branch on Broadway helps me out tremendously. I'm always welcomed when I walk up to the line. This location is much more friendly compared to the one on 22nd Street. The 22nd street branch I always feel rushed when I do my transactions.
I love going to the East Branch for my transaction needs. I am always greeted with everyone having smiles on their faces (you can tell by their eyes while wearing those masks). I always get the help I need when I need it and never turned away. The girls at that branch that help me in so many different ways! I will continue to be with them many years to come.
Every bank around offers Free notary services to their “loyal customers” which keeps these people employed. Think again. TOPCU, the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with, charges $2.00 per signature for their “MEMBERS”. I guess I should be privileged. I’m hog tied to this ghetto institution.
I would give 0 stars if I could reviewing their service, because I never received any requested services! If providing two forms of documentation proving my US citizenship is not enough to open a basic account based on "homeland security", I do believe your business practices need revisiting. People move, people get new jobs, things happen.
"Just wait a few months to get your first utility bills. ". And pay for them, how? No, I'm opening accounts with your competitors. Why would I wait for your service after such treatment? I strongly believe the manager of this branch has it out for brown people, from experience.
Deposit messed up and it took a week to be fixed. I changed my address and my new debit card still got sent to old address, months later. My significant other who drives cross country still has not gotten a new debit card 3 months after the old one expired. Not even bothering with this CU anymore. As soon as he gets back in town we're switching!
