Friendly Staff. Doc takes the time to answer questions and concerns. He was not in a rush like most eye docs are. Explains in a way you can understand. Took the time to explain a possible issue and how to test for it and treat it. He made me feel at ease about what is to come next. Caring and Compassionate! Clean office. Treats in the lobby!

I really enjoyed my experience at this office. All staff are amazing and so helpful. The warmth, the willingness to help and the atmosphere of the office, made my visit completely amazing! I will definitely be referring family and friends to Dr. Hiscox’s office. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and My family and I were all seen together on a Saturday. Their follow up is also amazing! One of Tucson’s treasures, for sure!

I very rarely write reviews but these people deserve it! I have glaucoma and was from out of town I needed to get my pressure checked several times awaiting surgery they always made time for me and kept in touch with my attending physicians. Highly recommend them!

I got my exam here and took my prescription to Lesco on 22nd. Picked up my glasses yesterday and it's the worst outcome I've ever had for eyewear. Lesco is saying that they followed the prescription correctly. My double vision was corrected but the progressive lenses were blurry both far away and close up. Lesco management stated they will correct my lenses free with revised prescription.

This optometry practice excels in customer service! The staff take all the time and effort needed to accommodate and exceed their customers’ needs. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to many eye doctors in and out of state I have lupus which causes constant reoccurring vision issues and this clinic is the best! You can feel that the staff genuinely cares and they work productively to find the best solutions for their patient.
