To enjoy your experience here, you must get here very early to find parking. My most recent trip, I discovered it's just easier to park across the street at the old, now-closed Wells Fargo Bank on the SE corner of Grant and Beverley to avoid wasting your time driving through the parking lots and garages searching and searching to no end without luck. Dr. Jeong and his crew are amazing, so if you need back surgery, look into having him be your surgeon.

Walked into the after hours clinic and they refused to see me. If you’ve had any prior work done in another state and have an acute injury that may not even be related to a prior surgery years ago they refuse to see you.

Took my 4yr old Dtr to the after hours clinic and I could not be more happy. The service was amazing from check in the the MAs, X-ray techs, and PA who saw her. They all made her feel very comfortable. I want to thank Adriana and Desiree, the MAs and Jonathan Pagano, PA for the quality care. I do not recall the front desk or DME girls, but they were awesome as well.

This place has a walk in clinic. When you break some parts of your body, you need a walk in clinic.

Amazing experience, we were referred by Urgent Care, and I’m SO GLAD we decided to go to TOC! Dr Pagano knows what he is doing, he looked over the x-Ray and found 2 small fractures, any other Nurse Practitioner may have over looked it. We were seen with in 30 minutes of sign up, treated 5 minutes after being sat in a treatment room and out the door with in an hour and 15 minutes! Great Team of people! From the Front sign in to the Back!

Excellent facility and experience. It was a life saver for me, went in with two foot fractures. Jason H. PA was great. Explained everything and had me x-rayed, casted and splinted and out in 2 hrs. We would have been in an ER far longer. Also know and trust expertise of Tucson orthopedics. Walk in clinic 10 stars!

Brought my son in for care of his fractured wrist because his original appointment would've been too far out and he was in pain and had already been a couple weeks from when he fractured it. The service was EXCELLENT from the receptionist to the nurse, Dr and the guy who put his cast on. We were in and out within an hour. We drove all the way from Casa Grande and would do it again for this kind of service. Definitely give them a 10 rating.

Had a good experience. PA Jason Humphrey was good to explain everything and attentive to my matter. He was also very positive to my recovery.

Physician's Assistant, Jason Humphrey refused to see my husband. No triage evaluation or exam was performed before sending him away. He presented with new onset symptoms, severe enough to limit a 50 year old man, who had ambulated without difficulty the day before, from being able to bear weight the next day. Sent over by his primary care physician, the staff still refused to see him, stating that their procedures changed and only patients with known injuries are evaluated in this clinic. He informed them that their own signage reads that they treat sprains, strains, or tendon ruptures. The PCP himself said that it could be a torn tendon, but would need to be evaluated. My husband was instructed to NOT go to just any urgent care but to be seen at TOI after hours clinic, as they would have the expertise to diagnose it accurately. He was sent away without ever meeting a licensed practitioner or having it evaluated by someone with medical/nursing training. He was asked questions like is it red, warm? They were reminded that this is part of the evaluation process that they should be performing, after which, he should either be treated or referred out, if a higher level of care is needed. Liz, a non-medical supervisor, was then called, who repeated the same information that the clerks had already stated. She said she had spoken directly to Jason Humphrey PA, who was not "comfortable" treating my husband's new onset heel pain. As a former orthopedic nurse, it had taken me less than 5 min to isolate the achilles tendon as the likely cause. His PCP had diagnosed it over the phone as "most likely an achilles tendonitis or achilles tendon rupture" in about 2 minutes after performing a basic telephone triage. But a trained orthopedic Physician's Assistant, did not feel qualified to examine, evaluate, or diagnose an orthopedic problem? They told my husband that he should go to the ER or to the urgent care that is right down the road if he wishes to have it evaluated.
Don't waste your time coming here. There is not any semblance of medical professionalism or care of the patient.

Extremely happy with our experience! My daughter broke her finger and we were checked in, had X-rays done, seen by a doctor and had her cast on and out the door in 30 minutes. Thank you!

About five or six years ago, after waiting for an hour and a half to be seen by one of the TOI doctors for pain in my hand, I gave up and asked for my copay to be refunded. I was intercepted in the hallway by PA Jason Humphrey, who apologized on behalf of the doctor and asked if I knew about the after hours walk-in clinic. He said if I came back later he would see me. I did and Mr. Humphrey was very thorough in his exam and treatment. Since then, I have been to him at least twice over the years – once for tendonitis for which he gave me a steroid injection; and later for knee pain which he diagnosed as a torn meniscus. He discussed treatment options and told me to come back and see him if the pain worsened. This evening, I went to the after-hours clinic because for the last ten days my other knee has been very painful. I was told by the staff member at the check-in desk that unless I had suffered an acute injury Mr. Humphrey wouldn’t see me. I told her I had been here before, never with an acute injury, and always seen. She was unimpressed. I asked to speak with the manager, who repeated the same “we only see patients with acute injuries” line, and that has always been their policy. She was very dismissive and suggested I check their web site if I didn’t believe her. I asked if she could ask Mr. Humphrey to call me, but I doubt very seriously that she will. A very disappointing experience to say the least so I guess I will be going elsewhere because my experience with appointments is that TOI doesn’t care how long you are kept waiting. Just when you think you’ve found a kind and comprehensive orthopedic professional and a convenient way of obtaining treatment…

I took my teenager to the after hours clinic at TOI. There was a bit of a wait for checking in, but I expected that. Once we were checked in, we were called back pretty quickly & X-rays were done & we were talking to the doctor within 10 minutes. Overall a very positive experience. Doctor & staff were all very friendly and attentive.

After a very bumpy start (Long story short, a basketball injury turned into a nighttime urgent care visit which turned into news of a broken wrist the following day and then a referral to Banner orthopedics, when we got there they said they didn’t take our insurance and we were back to square one) we ended up here and were in and out in record time. The staff are all amazing! They took a really horrible afternoon and gave it a good spin!
